Did trials and generally close combat change entirelly really really recently? I restarted after some time and what I see in the trials is very different from what you show here and from what I remember from earlier visits to this game. If it's only a cosmetic change and otherwise the guides apply, that's OK, but I see that I'm missing some rewards from stages that I've cleared and in the new interface I can't find a way to go back and redo the stage.
Wanda is one the best hero’s for trails, the panther she summons means if you lose a hero you still get the 5 hero’s alive reward as the panther is a 6th hero and when lost a hero it classes as the 5th hero

You can get them slowly 💪
strategy bones and such dosent help if you dont have him high ranked, so your stuck with no option to go on again, so video dont help much
Yup, rank 4 at least for manual fight. Rank 6 at least for auto
