    just found you, i’m also hitting 100g of vegan protein a day! sometimes i think i should be aiming for more but after 100 it starts to get hard 😅

      Totally! I have gone for 120-140 and that’s doable once your body get adjusted it just takes a ton of planning and preparing! Lots of couscous bowls 🤣 but I’m just in a season of not overdoing protein - sometimes I think in our culture we put tooooo much emphasis on protein and not enough on other macronutrients/veggies/fruits!

    Plant protein is inferior to animal proteins. If you ate 100g of plant protein you might assimilate 50g of that or less. You should aim to eat 300g a day of plant protein because of this.
