Besides many other good characters was bullies, like James, Sirius, Rimus, Severus, Weasley twins etc. Muggles are just another species, if you don`t realize that. And definetely not the best one. They are objectively worse thn mages, and other smart species like goblins and veelas. I support the idea that mugglenorn shoud be teached in some different school just for them. Besides he used not Avada Kedavra, which is probably the most painless way to die, and in cases like Dumbledore it was an euthanasia not a real murder and not Imperius which is harmless until you use it to make people do some harm to themself. He used Crucio multiple time to make them suffer and feel pain. For me Draco is better person the Harry.
