New deadlift world record 286 kg at age 18 (-90 kg)

My 18 year old son Felix Strong set a new world record of 286 kg (631 lbs) for the deadlift in the -90 kg T3 (18-19) weight-age class at the WDFPF World Championships in Aalsmeer, Netherlands on 2 June 2024. He is also the World Champion in the 82.5 - 90 kg weight class (all ages).
This was his second world record of the competition after the squat on Friday 31 May. He already holds the T2 (16-17)-82.5 kg world record of 260 kg set last year in Sardinia.
