How to Install Composer Globally. | PHP is not recognized as an internal or external command.

In this video tutorial, i will show you how to install composer globally. as a result you can access composer in any directory in your local machine. the installation has been done on window 10 but method is same for other operating systems. the video addresses the following issues or problems which are facing while composer installation.
