How long does Otai last in the Fridge? Is it good for quite a while? I think my wife might enjoy this if I tried to make it someday, thank you for the recipe!

Otai will last about 2 weeks in the fridge, any longer just freeze it and then let it thaw to drink. Yeah lol I know Beautiful Eseta will love it. What is half and half….Is it Coconut Milk & Water???
It’s half milk and half cream. But, if you have plenty of Coconut milk, you can use that.
I usually use the Half’nhalf because it gives me a larger quantity of liquid. Some people in America use Heavy Cream. I use Half’nhalf because it’s not so thick as heavy cream. The thickness is like Coconut Milk.
You can use half’nhalf if you don’t have coconut milk.
