That centre console looks like a giant blackberry pearl I cannot unsee it

I’ve always thought that at this price point and quality by not just go for an Escalade? I know styling is objective but for the price the GMC brand always confused me by being “premium.”
There's too much overlapping of SUVs in Chevys lineup. Just like the Germans
There’s literally nothing to be confused about unless you don’t know what “premium” means. GMC has always been the luxurious Chevrolet, now the quality & materials match the looks. That comes with a price premium over the Chevrolet but it’s certainly not the price of a Cadillac Escalade or Escalade _IQ._
@@G-Rated”actually” 🤓🤓 I’m talking about how so many similarities overlap between a base Escalade and a Denali or AT4. Might as well pay the small premium if you’re shopping for a Yukon Denali here in this video as a base Escalade. An Escalade is starts at like 82k while a Denali Yukon was like 77k. Since you wanna try to be technical.
@@fullcircleattire4410 you still don’t get it. It has nothing to do with the price, most people who buy the Yukon Denali Ultimate can afford the Escalade if that’s what they wanted. You keep saying “might as well” and that doesn’t make any fcking sense. If the person likes the design of the GMC Yukon or wants the Yukon because they like the way GMC executed the interior tech or cabin then that’s what they’ll buy regardless of the price or how it may overlap a base Escalade. It’s really not that hard of a concept to grasp.
Supercruise is a subscription after 3 years?!? WTF! You pay an arm and a leg for this thing and then you have a yearly fee for a driving feature... Dam!
Holy smokes, at 5'9" (and not sitting behind yourself) this truck looks huge! I may be in the minority but I like the front end? The monochrome GMC logo is a nice touch.
For years now I’ve reluctantly said that the GMC Yukon is the best looking full-size SUV on the road. With that front end, I’m not so sure I get to say that anymore…
It's still the best looking...
Prefer the pre-refresh headlights, do like the new column shifter.😁

Great first look at this Matt, glad they kept the diesel. My uncle loves his diesel in his '21 Sierra 1500.
Can you get general Internet on that front dash screen, and those screens behind the front seats, google or yahoo search, youtube vids, streaming stocks, that sort of thing? Do those front seats in the Denali, and also the AT4, Ultimates or otherwise, do they have increased padding and bolstering in 2025 compared to prior years, making them more comfortable on longer highway drives? What about the second row seats, with or without the executive package?
wow! i remember buying a 2007 At $57k and i felt like a Boss slinging houses ( Real estate ) This is a beautiful SUV, not sure i know how to afford one. Wow though! Great review as usual Matt ❤
Nice vid, 8:10 glad to see a column shifter i like them more than center shifter. 8:40 subsections in the automotive industry is something im not shocked but just disappointed.
I can't image the maintenance cost of this thing
Hope they made that rear screen strong becusse I just know some brats will kick it.
Is the topography map on all the Denali seats and dash or just the Ultimate? It looks like my kids scribbled on my leather seats it's terrible!
Can’t wait to valet this 😂
Does it come with auto hold parking brake?
Getting one of these but yes that screen is bigger than the steering wheel. 😮😂
Wow been so long since I watched this channel. What was his old name subaruwrxfan right?
Two steps forward and one step back is the current car trend. Second row getting great seats, modern design then a terrible center screen that saves gm money and yet the price always increases. Old Denali ultimate was already the price of a well equipped Escalade and 20 grand more than a base one.
Cool as hell but they probably want $120k for it
Sadly these days the current Cadillac Escalade, Mercedes G-wagon and the Range Rover are more desirable than a Lamborghini 🤷♂️
Looks like an updated Nissan Titan on the front end & I bet this truck is a tad bit under 95K. #Nope I'll stick to my '19 Ram Limited V8 with eTORQUE.
These things are ridiculously massive. Look at how high up the bonnet is. 24in wheels? Automobiles are getting way too huge, there should be special licenses required for anything this big.
@@GT-RTData9 and their LED headlights absolutely blind everyone driving in small, low to the ground cars. It's legitimately a safety hazard at night
The non-AT4 definitely sits too high.. I don't love GMs current styling. I'd just go for the escalade. I still love my '19 Ram Limited with the 5.7l V8.
I've been thinking about that for a while too
Does it have an engine?😮😮😮😮😮😂😂😂
Without question, that has GOT to be the fuggliest damn truck I've ever seen.
Is it like, mandatory for automotive engineers & designers to be both DMT & shroom heads?
The main things the youtubers keep ignoring are 1) The fridge has been canceled! 2) The gearbox has changed from buttons going back to old fashion (stick)!!!!
Obviously, GM reduced its standards on driver's luxury with price being increased 😂😂
My Yukon 2021 is far away better than this 2025 generation!!!!!
I prefer the exterior look of the current 2024. Also the giant vertical screen is ugly and out of place
GMC design of "signature" styling lool soo generic and purpose less.
