Before this disaster people could only imagine what a Tsunami would be like from Japanese art, but after seeing it real time it changed the whole world's perspective on how terrible they can be. A frightening event indeed.
People need to remember these things! The U.S. has plenty of coastline, where things unforeseen can happen! It’s been said there’s a large nat gas field in the Atlantic if it cut loose could cause havoc. I don’t know if it’s true or not, but…..
I remember this lots of Australians go to Thailand we were on patong beach only 2months before and my sister broke her leg ,I couldn't imagine being there on Boxing day our hotel was ruined by the tsunami .
What a devastating event. I watched the documentary and it was very well done. Such a heartbreaking tragedy told through the first hand experience of those who were there.

When things like this happens, natural disaster, nobody thanks God for it, when if anything, God would most likely b responsible, if u r a God believer. God gets all the credit for good events, but not for bad events, lol.

It was the most devastating disaster I’ve ever seen.
Even more deadly was the Tangshan earthquake in China in 1976, and the Bangladesh cyclone in 1970!
