But I do believe that there's supposed to be an album she's supposed to release in 2018 but reputation happened (Meaning there's a whole unreleased album from Taylor that we never heard and I'm very curious)

10. Taylor saying "I would very much like to be excluded from this narrative" is also a direct quote from a post she made on twitter when the whole phone call drama began

The problem with the Lover 2016 theory is that it acts like a sequel to reputation in several ways, and also, her love with Joe was young at the time.
I think she might have had a few songs that she thought of putting on an album or a general album concept, not a full album. But she discarded it after all the drama. And then, after the Reputation era, too much time had passed to go back to that initial concept, she was in a different state of mind and so she released Lover, which aligned with her current reality better. Maybe one day we will get those songs that she wrote in between the release of 1989 and the kimye drama. Knowing Taylor, she probably already planned her next album concept prior to releasing 1989, and started writing new songs while touring for 1989, so there is definitely something hidden in her drawers.

("you as well, Brutus?") which is a reference to the murder of Julius Caesar, who presumably saw his friend Brutus among his murderers and said the quote addressing his close friend's betrayal, the disappointment of being killed by someone you loved so much. Besides, Taylor is dressed in that set as an empress, resembling even more the referenced scene.
