yeah, I don't know my reply was to some one who stated that a F3000 was a slow car. Received to many negative votes and my comment was left orphaned somehow. Most F3000 had a Mugen-Honda 3 liter V8, enough said.
@dutchtopgearfreak True, GP2 replaced F3000 as support F1 show and serves as F1 drivers feeding. I think the comment about being slow is referring to that particular run by the driver in the video, and not about a F3000 being a slow formula. Cheers.

As the title says this car has a Zytec engine. 470bhp in a 600kg car is not bad at all.

Actually many F3000 cars have a higher top speed than F1 cars because they're limited in downforce which restricts top speed of F1.
