Hey Diane!! Welcome to the madness! 😂 How kind of your friend! Thrilled to have you along. Keep in mind - I will not be bikepacking on this next adventure.

I started following you because of your videos about bikepacking which I also enjoy. What kept me following you was your personality and approach to your experiences. I'm looking forward to following your new adventure, even if it does not include a bike. Enjoy your travels. But there really isn't a need for me to say that as you always seem to do so.
Awesome to see you back with some kind of plan, even if its sort of loose & free. I can't speak for other patreon supporters, but for me I jumped on patreon to support you irrespective if you're on a bike, a bus, or a boat. I love how real and authentic you are, and your free rambling style of storytelling cracks me up. I still remember you talking about your nipples back in the first series.. i was rolling on the floor it was too FUNNY !!! You can be on whatever rig you want and go wherever you wish .. just keep creating your own personal style of content and the followers & supporters will grow to support you financially forever.
So awesome!!! I wondered what was next for you! Keep sharing... even the simple stuff.. like packing and getting your visa...PS. I always smile when you like my STRAVA rides and training!
It’s sooooooo refreshing to watch content where the presenter doesn’t try to portray perfection. Sometimes when I watch too much social media I get the impression everyone lives in a mansion, drives a beautiful car and live a life of comfort and ease. Thank you for being you. For being real. I really do think it’s your edge.
Why thank you kindly. I feel ya! Although it turns out those who portray that everything is always great are often times those who are the most depressed living in a falsehood without the ability to look at life in the face.
Hi, from one of your 'cycling' based followers. Good to hear this update! Originally came for the cycling content, but really like your take on things and life in general and the humor. So still a follower 🙂Enjoy Thailand and spoil us with those nice pictures and all the best on the job hunt, most of all enjoy being close to your loved ones!
I would love too but that’s far away from me as I am on the island of Koh Tao now until mid May. I went by their hood when I took a border run to Malaysia on a bus. It appears to be quite an epic spot.
So happy for you and your life endeavors. You truly inspire me. I got a BIG smile on my face when I saw you posted a video. I love the way you tell stories. I look forward to watching this next chapter in your life. Thank you for posting from the heart.
What a joy seeing your smile, and hearing that you are in Thailand. Sweet!!! Here is a line that I use in the monthly articles that I write. It fits you too a tee. “The world is out there, the journey starts the minute you step out the door, go outside and truly live.” Thank you for being in my life and for the joy you bring.
Thank you for your videos. Naomi is a very positive person. For me, you open the USA and the state of Idaho. Your travels always delight me. Maybe someday I will be able to ride through these beautiful places on my bike as well. God bless you.
Great to see your back on YT! Keep doing your thing your way and this will be your job. Naomi: Great to hear from you. You are so talented and all those potential employers are missing out on a great candidate. Feel free to use any of us viewers as a reference. Miss your videos and may have to start watching re-runs. We all support you in your endeavors.
Frankly I don't know how she left Boise (exept for the blue football field) if I had a wild animal "pet" I'd have to take it with me or stay. Little guy is still waiting for her to come back.
Great to see you Naomi, I follow your journey on Strava 😃. I'm sorry that the rise in rents will end up drowning us all, the same thing is happening in Spain. I hope you are doing well in your new stage and I wish you all the best
Just a note of encouragement and good wishes to help you along the way. I admire your adventurous spirit and willingness to take risks. Always wishing you the best in everything and of course the job of your dreams.
Yay, she's back! I so want to try solo bikepacking because of u. But I'm used to motels etc. I know I'd save a ton of money using a tent and that you had mostly good experiences, but I'm just a bit hesitant! Interested to know yr thoughts. And can't wait for another installment! ❤❤❤😊
Dearest Kim!! 🤗 AWESOME to hear!!! Just camp every few nights when it's a nice campground. Heck - if I'd had the money I would have chosen a motel whenever possible. I don't love camping - I do it out of necessity and when it's my only choice. It does feel empowering and you can meet some super cool people with great stories!
Awesome for you Naomi for packing up your life and leaving the country and starting a new journey in life. I love your content, and style of vlogging your life journeys. You’ve been a huge inspiration to me. I am getting ready to head off on my adventure of a lifetime. I was wondering what you were doing these days. I visited my home town of Stuart, FL. for 8 days. The visit was ok. Unfortunately, the food was terrible.
Indeed and that other one. After returning from Saudi Arabia to the US, I must have submitted 200 applications for employment. I cannot remember three answers at all.
Right on Naomi 😊 I sure did miss you. I have also looked just about everywhere and have been to lots of places in the US but keep on coming up with no solution.....over and over again. Simply put.....I think the US is just one big joke and so overplayed. Definitely looking forward to your upcoming adventures because our cheapness values and beliefs are identical. Khx hi chokh di🤙
OK you sucked me into season 3 spoiler alert no chipmunks Wear those shorts and no one will notice you aren't on your bike LOL I will see what I can do to jazz up Your story lines, and you should throw in some cliff hangers. You are obviously a very talented person. You do know how to communicate and tell a story through visual media; that is obvious. You also have a stream of consciousness thing going on when you start speaking. Ok all you fantasy boys start your minds rambling with Naomi in Thailand. You got a love active imaginations; they really can't be beat for shear unhinged creativity. Don't make me have to support you more and get me more involved in the Naomi character line of this series. God I hope the camera crew is better in Thailand. Let's also hope for good craft services for the crew too. CUT!!!!
A thought for your job search. Like the childs letter to Seam Pen - do whatever you have to do to meet the person in charge or connected to that person or anyone else in HR. One meet up with you will turn a 4 ft pile of resumes into fire starter. REALLY that magnetic. I'd bet most people you meet are still talking about you. Edit: it just dawmned on my how silly of a job search this might be. A squirel picked YOU over EVERYONE in his spieces for a girlfriend....I say just stand by the hire persons car - that should work. Funny how this should be a slam dunk but isn't - I'm an artist/maker STARVING for my next project. Money is not my motivation...I've offered to paint murals on my sushi place walls for beer. I tried to help build sets for the local highschool productions for free, they actually still have a few pieces I've made. Not even a call back....I keep saying the next person that hires me's head is gonna explode when they see what they got for what they pay. Clear your mind you ass will follow. Sounds like thats what your doing. Peace to you.
My mother went to Thailand about 20 years ago. Her friends grandson got married in the Buddhist temple in Bangkok. His son has a apartment in Bangkok and a house in Chiang Rai. They went to Laos and said it was really nice. Looking forward to see what you do!🛕
Yes, reasonable prices in Thailand. A man I worked with in Saudi Arabia moved there. He married a Thai woman and they live on a farm. China had reasonable prices too. Probably the cost of living has risen since I was last there in 2007. I was born and raised in the dinky little town of Stuart, FL. I remember $60.00 a month for a two bedroom house 3 miles from the ocean and one block from the river. Nowadays they fantasize Stuart is Manhattan judging from the rents. $60.00 a month in the early 1960s is $1800.00 a month now. That may be OK for rich people moving here from elsewhere, but for a local it is robbery and extortion. I now live in a small condo in Fort Lauderdale, Sunrise actually. If you get over this way, you are invited to stay here. It is a bit cramped, but also comfortable. It is also a bit roomy with a pool and a gym, two actually. I am not looking to rent anything to you. It would not cost you anything.
You can come here. I have a condo. It would not cost you. You could get employment somewhere. You can save money. The place is a bit cramped, but there is a pool and you have your own room. There are two gyms. There is a sauna. There is a jacuzzi.
Naomi, wow, I’m so happy to see you back, it’s like seeing an old friend from a virtual world! Super excited to continue to witness your journey, and I have always felt like watching your films was like watching you discovering your limits and maybe your direction. I’ve yet to try showing my ass for views but maybe one day:) I love answering questions or reading the occasional comment people leave, it makes it more real in some respects.. My very best to you from Canada, as always, Rick
I agree!! Commenters feel like friends! What a great line - I'm writing it on a sticky note. "Discovering your limits and direction." Such kind expressions you have! The ass was a ridiculous outcome. Made me think I'm doing everything wrong. Screw the content - just post ass images. 😂

Probably the cost of living there has risen since I was last there in 2007. I was born in the dinky little town of Stuart Florida. You lived in Saudi Arabia! Cool! I am familiar with Stuart! When I was a bikepacking, I would ask people if they ever plan on moving and they would say they can’t afford to live anywhere else or buy the same house they had somewhere else. Thank you for the kind offer. I’d spent a year in different towns in Florida about eight years ago and learned it’s not the place for me unless I was really utilizing the ocean.
@@HumanontheLoose for sure Florida beaches and the ocean are major attractions for people all over the country and around the world. There is easy access to the ocean from here. A short ride East on Oakland Park boulevard and there you are at the fort Lauderdale strip. The beach with restaurants and bars and motels and hotels. As you know there was quite a crowd during spring break. I have cycled out to the beach a couple of times and driven there a few times. There was easy access to the ocean. Here is Wi-Fi and cable TV and UA-cam and all those other things for some kind of entertainment.
The canyon and the desert. A pile of rocks, dust and sand. Sure, it looks nice. And after that? They will still be soaking you for every dime they can squeeze out of you. Florida has the everglades, the keys, Ocala national forest and more, Fort Lauderdale beach, Miami beach and more. If you become employed, think of all the money you could save. There is a cross-Florida bike path (c to c). There is a bike path around lake Okeechobee---second largest fresh water lake in surface area in the US totally inside the boundaries of one state. I wish this condo were larger. I like you. Forget about crime-Mecca AZ. Everybody thinks much the same about car wrecks and crime---It happens to the other person, not me. The thing is this. To everyone else, you are the other person. This neighborhood here is nice. It is not a dumpy neighborhood at all. Did you say you had photos of 9-11 of some acclaim? I have written a manuscript, about 60,000 words, to do with that subject. From all I know, it is the only one of its kind in the world. Last time I checked, I have a publisher in Manhattan, NY. There is quite a bit of revising to do. I need to get re-motivated. Have you seen the rents in Phoenix and Flagstaff? I f you get cheap rent, guaranteed it will be in a low-down, crime ridden area. In nicer safer areas the rents would be astronomical.
Good to see you back Naomi
You're excited? I'M excited! Welcome back!!!! 😃😃😃

Yes - overplayed indeed! Aww...I missed you too!
You can be my personal travel agent.
🤗 😃
Great Nomes, I still see that 9/11 photo credited to you; let the "Human On The Loose" adventures continue! 💪😊
Welcome back! Hope you a find McDonald’s nearby 😂🥞 🥓
😂
OK you sucked me into season 3 spoiler alert no chipmunks
Wear those shorts and no one will notice you aren't on your bike LOL
I will see what I can do to jazz up Your story lines, and you should throw in some cliff hangers.
CUT!!!!
Hahah...boy have I missed your brilliant poetic posts!
I don't know why but I always assumed you were an RN or something in the healthcare industry.
I have that nurse look. 😂 😂 Thanks for the compliment!
@@HumanontheLooseWell, none the less, it sounds like you've had a very interesting life and am still living it with no fear. Godspeed
LOVED your comment!! I read it twice! 🤗
My mother went to Thailand about 20 years ago. Her friends grandson got married in the Buddhist temple in Bangkok. His son has a apartment in Bangkok and a house in Chiang Rai. They went to Laos and said it was really nice. Looking forward to see what you do!🛕
You know more than I do! I'm excited and happy to have you along!
I’ve yet to try showing my ass for views but maybe one day:)
I love answering questions or reading the occasional comment people leave, it makes it more real in some respects..
My very best to you from Canada, as always,
Rick
I agree!! Commenters feel like friends! What a great line - I'm writing it on a sticky note. "Discovering your limits and direction." Such kind expressions you have! The ass was a ridiculous outcome. Made me think I'm doing everything wrong. Screw the content - just post ass images. 😂
