The tramyard in Dalkey used to have the tram yard cafe and restaurant the reason for its closure was it was raided by Gardaí and found to be selling alcohol without a licence so was closed.

My nana lives near the old atmospheric station in Dalkey. She’s even friends with the owner of the house.
