Dear Cenker. As in EMDR we also work with bilateral stimulation to process stressful memories. But wingwave coaching is more and unites these 3 elements - as mentioned in the video :) Elements are: - bilateral hemisphere stimulation, such as awake REM phases (Rapid Eye Movement), or auditory / tactile left-right impulses - additionally language (Neurolinguistic coaching, NLC) is used as a brain-compatible coaching compass on the way to the goal - Last but not least the "muscle test" is used for the targeted planning of optimal coaching processes Best regards from Hamburg, your wingwave-Team
