Finally I m seeing someone else who is experiencing the same problem I’m having with chronic hives,I’ve been going to doctor getting numerous tests and them not able to give me no know cause, on my own search and conclusion is mine is mast cell activation from low iron,leaky gut and perimenopause related histamine release,so mind blowing,so I hope you find some relief soon because this is so frustrating to say the least
I agree, I believe I have mast cell activation as well. Will continue to search for an answer.

Drink a lot of lemon (or lime) water, everyday (even if you didn’t have hives). Also, take antihistamines, if needed, so that you can get some rest. It’s not a cure, but it helps your symptoms while you’re healing.

OMG….I am dealing with the same condition with hives…it’s a nightmare. I’m going to see a allergist next week
I’m so sorry you are going through this. I am also not completely healed from this condition. On certain days, it’s better. Whatever this is is, keep fighting for a solution.
Comfortable shoes are the key, I think no matter the age you have to take care of your feet and your back. Good mattresses and good Shoes, it is a no-brainer for me. LOL, he best your money can afford.
Absolutely!! I love this! Mattresses and shoes! I admire those who can continue to look cute in high heels but I know it’s not good for me 😊
