There are again a couple of comments here by people saying that Rhiannon spends, what they consider, too much money on clothes, jewellery, her water bottle, and so on. I understand that a lot of what she buys may not be considered economical by many viewers (me included), but one has to also consider the fact that she's been working for 7 years straight! UA-cam is her full-time job and she's kept it up for 7 whole years, which is amazing. You probably wouldn't tell someone who's been in a 'normal' job for 7 years that the jumper/dress/jewellery they've bought is too expensive; because it is almost expected that they would've reached a certain level of income and have the purchasing power to be able to afford what they want. So, why would you not extend that same logic to Rhiannon and her job?! Anyway, this is just a very long-winded way of saying that I really admire how dedicated and hard-working Rhiannon is, and it doesn't bother me that I currently cannot afford a lot of what she links under her videos. It encourages me to find my passion and work harder! Lots of love to your gorgeous family! 💖
Vinita M good point!! Also she can buy whatever she wants? Its her money???? Honestly people expect her to live according to their own rules like.... Its ridiculous, if she wants to buy 4 cars in one day she can.
I bulk when I see the prices of these things but I’ve seen her using that water bottle everyday for over a year. Most stuff she buys online she returns if she doesn’t like it and I believe she’s sold a lot of her clothes on DPop?
I personally admire rhiannon's outlook on spending. I like the way she invests in classic, statement pieces that may be pricey to us but she wears them week in week out for a long time - definitely inspiring me to cut out a lot of the crap and have more of a staple wardrobe!! She may seem to spend more but let's not forget her life is marketed online! I like the way you compare to 7 years in a full time job. Haven't thought of it like that before. We all have our things we like to spend money on and they seem to rarely eat out out or go on nights out, holidays etc so why not have the nice things she does :)
I don’t know why I never thought of it before but I had similar symptoms when I was your age. It turned out it was allergies to a variety of things, especially airborne molds and pollens from various plants. I was living on Canada’s west coast where the weather is very similar to the UK, damp and rainy. I would get a slight fever, a head ache, a sore throat, swollen glands in my throat, achy joints and I just felt drained of energy. I was told by the doctor that it was just my imagination until I went to a naturopath who gave me an assortment of supplements and it made those symptoms almost completely go away. Once my allergic response lessened, I felt amazing. I don’t know if that helps, I hope you begin to feel better soon. Cheers, Michele
I love how you talk about your little girl. It's so important to try and understand them rather than thinking that they just want to get their way or they are naughty or something. You are doing a great job and your way of looking at your daughter and her needs is a very loving one! (Sorry if my english sounds a bit funny - I'm not a native speaker)
You my dear are such a wise natural mom. Love your outlook on terrible two's. My son was always ahead of his age by at least 6 months, he would start the next stages. I was ready because I had 24 plus years in childcare. But is beautiful watching you as a first time mommy, being so very understanding of what your little one is going through. Sorry you have been under the weather, hope your feeling better soon.
I have a 12 week old boy & ALWAYS go back to your old videos of Delilah at the same age, I love to see how different babies are and how they develop at their own pace!
I was watching Lindy (bubzvlogs ) and she gave this really well explained concept of mom guilt. Not that this is the case with you whatsoever (I just wanted to share this), but she mentioned how it kinda takes nothing for dad's to be considered a good dad, but with the mom's nothing is ever enough. You definitely should have even had to make a disclaimer in this video about Deliah being a little difficult when your grandma was over. Not saying anything negative/rude/judgemental about either you or Doug, I recognize I'm in no position to pass judgment on someone's life based on a short snapshot of their life, but Rhiannon I think you're such an amazing mom!! P.s. how is wedding planning and whatnot coming along?!
you are spot on Rhiannon with regards to toddlers, so many people expect them to understand stuff they cannot comprehend. It’s really hard when they are good at speaking as again people expect them to understand more. Two/three is really really hard I think, then it’s normally easier until teenage years!!! The only advice I would ever give is have boundaries and stick to them as it makes children feel secure and know where they stand. Good luck!!!
Rhiannon, you've actually been a part of my latest motivation to use less plastic and I wanted to thank you for showing nice, more environmentally safe alternatives in your videos. Xxxx
You’re such a great mum, your advice on how to deal with tantrums is spot on! I’m sure D’s just going through a phase with the breastfeeding, you might regret it if you force her to stop while you’re going through a difficult time. Either way you’ve done a fantastic job feeding her for this long 👏
Last vlog I watched of yours I found myself thinking that you always seem so bright and sunny about Delilah and never seem to find her annoying. I have twins the same age and they drive my crazy at times and I feel guilty... But knowing you feel the same makes me feel better!
Sending healing your way. You do the work of 3 people. Hire someone for laumdry and cleaning and work less. Get a massage with energy work every single week. We all adore you. ))))))))))
It can be so frustrating to feel unwell all the time - especially for those of us who struggle with mental illness. I had a similar struggle to your current one when I caught glandular fever. When your symptoms are things like fatigue and headaches, people tend not to take you very seriously. And because I had depression, not only were the people around me doubtful, I too wondered if I was making it up or blowing it out of proportion. All that to say - stay strong, fight for a diagnosis, and trust that what you feel is real. I hope you can get to the bottom of it soon, and in the meantime we're all here for you
I saw on your Twitter that you were having headaches. One summer I worked in a mail room at a law firm and I was on the computer constantly. I had the most awful headache for weeks and my doctor said it was a tension headache and prescribed some muscle relaxants. You could also try those glasses that people use when they stare use computers for prolonged periods...not sure what they call but I've seen UA-cam gamers using them! Hope that helps!
I totally understand because I've actually been unwell for months with either nausea or loss of appetite or migraines or just exhaustion but I'm perfectly healthy and my BMI is excellent. I have been drinking The Living Apothecary probiotic Honeysuckle tea and adding Lifeway probiotic yogurt as a leavening ingredient to my pancakes and that has helped greatly. You should be able to get either from your local grocery store or on Amazon. But I've also excluded additional salt from cooking and replaced it with salted butter and I use stock instead of water to add flavor to my sauces. I've also been using hominy grits in place of rice or potatoes. I would suggest drinking matcha tea latte from Starbucks in place of decaf coffee. Small changes in your diet can improve your overall health.
Rhiannon, that child is mine, I’m that mum too! We are going through the ‘terrible twos’ with my non verbal son and boy oh boy it’s tricky particularly as my son has food and sleep issues. Hats off to you! P.s my son is also obsessed with milk recently he’s constantly signing for milk! (I’m also trialing the sleepy lotion on my son at the moment)
Love your vlogs Mia is one next week and she can be like that too . It's nice to hear that every child has their moments or hours 😂 . Thanks again for a great vlog have a good weekend x
Love your vlogs, this one was so relaxing for some reason - maybe because of the speed cleaning👌🏼😍 I feel sorry for how you feel, I hate having headaches and I can’t imagine how you’re feeling having them all the time😞 Hope you feel better soon!🤗
Don’t worry about the strops they do get less. I extended my breastfeeding and went through the point you are at where a relaxed milk feeder becomes obsessed, it passes and she will become less interested 😘 With regards to your health ask for a referral to general medicine and ask for a check on your Antinuclear Antibody to be checked in your blood x
Delilah is ready for a sibling. The best way to bring them back to Earth before they think that you are theirs and theirs alone. Those little people are really good at manipulation and control, they have us running rings around them if we're not careful. I really wish I'd had another child around the time my first was 18months/2 years old. She wasn't that bad as a toddler and didn't do tantrums, she's always been very laid back, but boy did she know how to get just what she wanted from me! That cuteness is one of their greatest weapons. I saw a documentary years ago looking at how little girls use manipulation and control tactics to get just what they want, it was fascinating viewing and I recognised so much in it which I wish I'd known when my daughter was little. However, all that said, she's now an amazing young woman, confident, happy, bright, accomplished so it didn't do any harm... although she can still twist me around her little finger :D x You're doing a great job Rhiannon, it is far from the easiest to be a home working/stay at home mum, it might look easy but I know it's not. I loved your piece to camera about the nightmare day, you're so mature and obviously understand how little people work. Your kind heart really showed through. More of these please. Never be afraid to expose how lovely your soul is x
I had the same issues as you last spring and this spring I’m experiencing it again. The doctors told me I’m fine and healthy, but eventually I got sent to a therapist. Turns out it was related to anxiety and mild depression. My anxiety started when my stress-levels went up when I started college (theatre major, it’s long hours, multiple projects at once, working your body until it’s exhausted and memorizing an endless pile of lines). It was all a bit much. I imagine motherhood, as lovely as it is, is probably also very very stressful. Maybe seek out a councelor and just talk to someone about how you feel ☺️💚
We all have tough mum days but your doing a good job. My daughter skipped the terrible twos but at three- oh my goodness! It's difficult. My son was one of the high needs babies and it felt like he cried for the first year of his life but then it was like he flipped a switch and is now the most loving chilled out little boy. X
Also I've just stopped breast feeding at 22 months. My son was boob crazy! I just decided to stop one day and whenever he asked I told him the milk was all finished and offered a bottle of milk or oat milk and after 3 days he stopped asking. X
I was ill for 4 months and had every test under the sun, the doctor eventually decided it was stress and anxiety....I was having panic attacks, couldn't breathe, headaches and generally felt weird......maybe you're stressed. I had no idea that I was. Still a bit flummoxed by it and still feel odd sometimes. Maybe take some time out for yourself and also eye test as someone else said. Try not to get stressed about it as it becomes a vicious circle xxx
Have you been checked for a vitamin D deficiency? It can cause headaches and a lowered immune system. It's really common but hardly anyone knows they have it. Also agree with others who said stress, I'm having a similar problem and it sucks. Hope you figure it out soon!
Hi Rhiannon. I just wanted to say that after the birth of my son who is now 3 , I had days where I often felt unwell, quite regularly. I think our immune systems are much lower after we have children. I also had a lot of days where I would suffer with headaches and the feeling as though I had a cold, which just lingered , but didn’t really come to anything . Like yourself all my bloods were fine and drs said I was healthy . I do have low iron however and I suffer with anxiety. I did suffer with postpartum anxiety after the birth of my son. I’m much better now , but I find myself always feeling rundown or unwell. I also seem to feel worse W when the pollen counts high. Never had hay fever before my son. I just want you to know you aren’t alone . Our bodies have changed since we have had our children. We are always on the go and use up so much energy, try to remember that . ♥️xx
You should check for mold in your apartament or get some allergy tests, in this period of time sinus infections and allergies are very frequent. You are such a good mum, and i m learning so much from you.😘
hi my friend is also a Mummy, and she keeps getting really bad headaches. For a long time the doctor said it was lack of sleep but eventually a scan showed she actually had a sinus infection which needed to be treated with antibiotics. Recently the symptoms returned again, but because she knows what the problem is, she was able to and get the treatment again.
Rhiannon! You need to try the Seche Vite dry fast top coat! It's amazing! You just put it on right after you've done your nails and they'll be dry to the touch in less then 5min. I swear by it now!
From one pale girl to another haha (I'm an avid fake tanner) to tackle the hand issue, either try a tanning mitt or a little trick I've learnt is wiping your hands after with a makeup wipe. That's what I tend to do and usually that works!!
How do you not have more followers!? I found you when I was pregnant and my daughter is 10 month old and just ABSOULUTELY love your content. It is so nice to watch and long I love long vids. I live in Cali but omg do I wish we lived close and could be friends hahaha
My son is 18 months. He'll have a little strop when he can't get his own way or when he is tired. If he wants his own way I'll just remove him from the situation and let him calm down. I ask for a cuddle. Then he forgets about it. It's a hard age. They're learning they can't do everything they want. They can't quite manage their emotions. Hard work!
Stephenies Petcare Mine’s at 15-16months mark and she’s getting to that point too. She doesn’t understand why she can’t play with certain items (dog food bowl for instant) or if she has to wait for mommy to cut up her strawberries. Sigh 😔
When you do your tan next, use what’s left on the mitt on your hands 😘 I use a buffing mitts as well as the normal one, makes my knees elbows and hands a lot better x
Honestly Rhiannon, I so wish I could natter with you in RL, I get you, we are so very different (I'm 47 this year 😧 and my daughter and son are grown and gone and I live an extremely simple, quiet lifestyle) yet we are so similar in outlook, as I've said before I've pretty much binged your vlogs after only recently finding you on here! Yay! 🎀 Gorgeous family, wonderful channel x (Hope the above doesn't come across in a creepy way 😆)
I usually feel the same way when I get really stressed. It happens alot during finals week I get what I call "stress sickness" where i can't sleep and I have a tension headache that goes through my eye and around my head until I stop stressing.
Sorry to hear that you are still struggling with this continuous cycle of being unwell. Have you been checked for glandular fever? It can cause flare ups before, during and after. Sadly there's nothing that can be done with that but I hope you get some answers soon! X
Rhiannon your symptoms sound a lot like a viral infection. Especially since you said your white blood cell count was a little high which can mean that the body is trying to fight something off. I know you said you’ve had lots of blood tests but have they checked your blood for antigens?
Do you have any allergies? Whenever I have allergy attacks from pet dander or pollen etc I’ll feel like I have the flu. I don’t think it happened that frequently but if I didn’t take any allergy medication it would happen at least once a month 😣 I hope you find out soon what’s been bothering you!
i have a 19 month old and i completely understand! i took him to his first gymnastics class and he just wanted to do whatever he wanted and wouldn't share anything and wouldn't sit down and all the other children where so well behaved! it was so exhausting we both came home and took a nap! haha
You may have glandular fever this is when you get a sore throat or tonsillitis over a number of times, it can make you feel very unwell but sometimes you dont realise you have it. Perhaps ask your doctor about that? Hope you get better soon! really enjoying Veda :)
For your headaches there is a particular piercing that is meant to help, I can't actually remember what one it is though. Definitely keep seeking advice about you health, my mum has always had to see loads of doctors and specialists for her health but eventually you get a result! xxx
Have you looked into Fibromyalgia? I was diagnosed a couple of months ago after suffering a large number of the symptoms and even though its not a good diagnosis, i was so relieved finally having a name to what was happening to me? It's so isolating/frustrating feeling the way you do and then being made to feel like your feelings are invalid, so definitely push for an answer Rhiannon! I wish you all the best lovely
Possibly look into adrenal fatigue or anxiety. If you have either from working so much and not resting it can do a big toll on your body & make you sick
When I got my birth control (it was a long term birth control that was implanted in my arm) I had incredibly awful side effects - bad headaches and a general unwell feeling. I was perfectly healthy according to doctors until I was talking to my new obgyn about it and they were like those all could be just side effects from your birth control. This is long winded but I got it taken out and haven’t felt unwell since.
When I had similar symptoms two years ago or so now I eventually, after many times going to the cot of and various tests being done, was told I had Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. It's worth reading up about because everything you described sounds eerily similar.
Love how honest you and your vlogs are Rhiannon. Just wondering, where did you get your bee glasses that have been in the last few vlogs they are gorgeous :) x
Since you seem to always have a sore throat, have you thought about drinking ginger and lemon hot water twice a day? Then taking some oregano oil capsules. I know it sounds like a lot but I had the exact same thing for like a year and nothing that western medicine could offer helped. Countless test. I read a lot of research and came up with this for me. You might try it and see if it helps. I think I did this constant for a month and I have been fine since. I don't mind the ginger lemon water taste either. I think it is pleasant.
I love watching your vlogs bc it makes me feel less like I’m going through these same parenting issues alone. Same on the breastfeeding. Wish I had given it up earlier bc now she won’t give it up at all. Hope you feel better and figure out what the cause may be.
Chronic stress maybe, I've been constantly ill because I've been stressed for so long. I'm in my final year of uni and the stress has had a massive effect on my immune system so it could be that, especially if you have anxiety and it's been flaring up.
Rhiannon, have the doctors checked your vitamin b12 levels? I had almost exactly the same symptoms and my b12 levels were very low. Its not something that they usually test for like iron etc. I had a couple of weeks of vitamin injections and felt so much better! X
It sounds like you have a viral infection, my symptoms were similar to yours and I was severely vitamin D deficient despite the sunshine! Also talk to your doctor about your headaches as headaches can prevent you from using certain types of contraception. Hope you feel better soon love x
I have chronic migraines which were diagnosed due to stress and other things. My symptoms were identical to yours! I know every person is different but like you I had colds, sore throats and migraines for almost a year straight. Talk to your doctor about the headaches and possible triggers as anxiety is a massive trigger for me too!x
Stress and anxiety can effect the physical health more than some expect. When I go through a stressful period i'll get similar symptoms. Have you checked for dietary allergies/intolerants? Btw, I love your vlogs, have never missed a single one.
My 19month old is very needy wont sleep by herself or anything but at the same time very independent like she has to be in charge and stuff and it can be hard But I have a 8 month old who is such a quiet child sleeps by himself and hates being cuddled to sleep
Hi Rhiannon sorry for the weird question but I take it you love in a flat I do also do you dry all your washing on the clothes rack in your lounge? I dry mine the same but it smells awful and damp I have all the windows open no matter how cold Also what pram is that it looks so easy to collapse I need that mine is a pain and so heavy it’s hard to do all that with my ten month old and I’m a single mum other wise I’d just leave it out for someone else to collapse lol x
I always found myself feeling Ill like that every week for about a year. I'd be OK for a few days then feel awful for the next few. I'd have scratchy throat, watery itchy eyes, runny nose and headaches. Turns out I was allergic to my dog! Since taking an allergy tablet a day I don't feel it anymore! Maybe you're allergic to something because the symptoms for an allergy can be similar to colds and just feeling generally unwell.
just keep getting opinions from different doctors on your health Rhiannon. Doctors are often so wrong even though they hate to admit it. a girl I know felt down for months and they kept telling her it was in her head or she probably lacked iron , and she kept having burnouts. after five years her parents had had it and took her to Germany for a full body test, turned out she had lyme-disease for 5 freaking years. it ruined her life because doctors didn't take her seriously. same with me, i kept telling my doctor that i felt like a had a bladder infection, but they wouldn't give me antibiotics. a month later i went back because i still had that pain in my side and very dark urine. they tested it again and said that my white bloodcell count was high so my body had probably allready cured it. again no antibiotics. few weeks later i woke up puking, massive stomic pain. everytime i ate, puke, and i couldnt even hold in a glass of water, so eventually i was taken to the hospital for dehydration. at first they said it might be pregnancy poison (which you dont want to hear as a 18 year old, and for some reason people and doctors always act like pregnancy is the only thing that can make you puke....) so they ran a blood test and guess what, a freaking bladder infection and since i had been walking around with it for months the infection had spread to my stomac wall, which caused my body to reject any substance. you know your body better than anyone, so if they dont listen to you, make them!
Are you getting sick before you start your menstrual cycle? I only ask cause that was what happened to me. Figured out it was because I wasn't taking prenatals or any vitamins, especially while breastfeeding. Thankfully, little one weaned herself off and no more sickness for me.
Hey, do you take vit. D3? If not maybe it is what you need as a pick up. Helps your amun. System stronger. I take it and hardly ever have a cold. Just a tip. Not telling you what helps me.
Was B12 included in your bloods? For years I kept getting sick over and over again, with a maximum of 2-3 weeks of feeling okay between taking ill again. I had about three rounds of blood tests and all that kept coming back was that my iron was slightly low and my white blood cell count was high. Eventually a doctor tested my B12 levels and it turns out I can't absorb it properly. I've been having B12 injections now for a year and I feel like a completely different person! Hopefully you find out the cause soon!
Did you take a test for gluten sesitivity? It has a lot of symptoms and i my case it was just that I had infections 7times a year..maybe you could try it,ask for it at your hospital. hope u get better soon :)
Feeling unwell could be a result of stress? I suffer from awful stress and a severe anxiety condition and I know whenever I am starting to be stressed I get a sore throat and headache so it might be that? Obviously everyone is different and I hope you find out what’s wrong soon! You don’t deserve to feel unwell
Always appreciate your honesty in regards to parenting, it makes me feel a lot less alone 💓

I really love how authentic you are , and the way you share with us your parenting experiences, thanks for this lovely VEDA serie

You look so gorgeous with your hair tied up!! I loveee the little ringlets and your cute top cartilage piercing! 😍
One of my favourite parts of my day is watching your vlogs/videos!
You’re an amazing mum, Rhiannon! I can only hope I’m as good of a mother once I get my first little one. ❤️
Putting the kettle on so I can enjoy this glorious vlog w a cuppa💓💓 love you guys!!xx
They way you edit and film your videos gives me life
Hugs - chronic health stuff is so difficult and it's so frustrating to be told nothing is wrong and not know what you can do to fix it.
R, get a second, third opinion regarding your health issues! Don't give up. X
I saw on your Twitter that you were having headaches. One summer I worked in a mail room at a law firm and I was on the computer constantly. I had the most awful headache for weeks and my doctor said it was a tension headache and prescribed some muscle relaxants.

Love your vlogs Mia is one next week and she can be like that too . It's nice to hear that every child has their moments or hours 😂 . Thanks again for a great vlog have a good weekend x
Thanks for sharing! I am LOVING your VEDA!! Your vlogs are nice life escape that brings me back to the world feeling better!! Love you lots.
Coffee in hand & now a Veda while I get ready for work! Perfect yaaaay xx
Using a makeup brush with fake tan sparingly on your hands might help to even it out 😊 and moisturising the dry spots before tanning xo
And also are you low in vitamin d? My daughter had recurring infections and illnesses and was found the cause was low vitamin d.
Try not to get stressed about it as it becomes a vicious circle xxx
sporgyinher40s UK absolutely, people forget that mental health problems can have physical effects too
lornachapman1 definitely and stress and anxiety can manifest itself in so many ways. X
You are such a good mum, and i m learning so much from you.😘
My daughter is a month older than D and OMG yes 😩 she loves telling me “no mommy stop it, go” it’s entirely overwhelming at times.
hi my friend is also a Mummy, and she keeps getting really bad headaches.
Yay! 🎀
Gorgeous family, wonderful channel x
(Hope the above doesn't come across in a creepy way 😆)
Your vlogs make me feel so chilled out I love them! :) x
I usually feel the same way when I get really stressed. It happens alot during finals week I get what I call "stress sickness" where i can't sleep and I have a tension headache that goes through my eye and around my head until I stop stressing.
Hahah when you were talking about beige I got a Carrie flashback when she screamed at Big "oh go lay in your beige bed!"
Don't be sorry about venting we understand and want to hear cause we are here for you xx
Just wanted to say that you are such an amazing mommy! ❤️
Inflammatory markers are the result of antigens x
I was rewatching some vlogs from when you were heavily pregnant... LOVE the straight hair you had then!
You are such a wonderful person. Thank you for charing your journey with us!
Please can you link the things Delilah wears in the vlogs! I'd love to know where that rainbow cardigan is from, love it for my little girl 😍 xx
Yes yes yes ! Love you vlogs . I was about to leave the house but I think I’ll watch this first 🤭🤭🤭
Possibly look into adrenal fatigue or anxiety.
YAH! Definitly get you. Our baby is 7months. Pat pat on your back.
Why do you not pick up the prawns in the stir fry meal deal since you eat fish?
I’m not a huge fan of prawns.. much rather a veggi option 🤷🏼♀️
Delilah's not stroppy yet wait for the teenage years, Yaaaas!!!! the best is yet to come ; )
When I had similar symptoms two years ago or so now I eventually, after many times going to the cot of and various tests being done, was told I had Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. It's worth reading up about because everything you described sounds eerily similar.
How are you now? :)
sarah bridgman I'm good now! Thank you 🙂 It takes a lot of will power within yourself to work through it.
+Amylein I am so pleased for you and also that gives me so much hope, thank you. (I have cfs right now)
sarah bridgman Sarah if you ever need someone to talk to about it please feel free to send me a message 🙂
+Amylein Thank you so much, that is so kind of you :). Did you find anything that helped you or time and/or patience?
Absolutely loving veda xx
Btw, I love your vlogs, have never missed a single one.
absolutely lovely
My 19month old is very needy wont sleep by herself or anything but at the same time very independent like she has to be in charge and stuff and it can be hard
But I have a 8 month old who is such a quiet child sleeps by himself and hates being cuddled to sleep
Hi Rhiannon sorry for the weird question but I take it you love in a flat I do also do you dry all your washing on the clothes rack in your lounge? I dry mine the same but it smells awful and damp I have all the windows open no matter how cold
Also what pram is that it looks so easy to collapse I need that mine is a pain and so heavy it’s hard to do all that with my ten month old and I’m a single mum other wise I’d just leave it out for someone else to collapse lol x
Is your pushchair the mytrax? X
Are you getting sick before you start your menstrual cycle? I only ask cause that was what happened to me. Figured out it was because I wasn't taking prenatals or any vitamins, especially while breastfeeding. Thankfully, little one weaned herself off and no more sickness for me.
Hope you feel better love!! X
Hey, do you take vit. D3? If not maybe it is what you need as a pick up. Helps your amun. System stronger. I take it and hardly ever have a cold. Just a tip. Not telling you what helps me.
Hi love your vlogs where did you get your glass with the bee on it . 😍
If you're open to trying a more holistic route have been treated by a naturopath for years rather than a doctor. Worth checking out :)
Whoa Nelly! is such a great album!
I would find out if you have an independent health store near you that can give you some advice xx
I love your homey vlogs! Xx
I feel you my 18 month old is going through the same thing at the moment x
you look amazing Rhiannon, love your videos so much!
Did you take a test for gluten sesitivity? It has a lot of symptoms and i my case it was just that I had infections 7times a year..maybe you could try it,ask for it at your hospital. hope u get better soon :)
Have you checked you haven’t got like chronic fatigue? Or glandular fever x
Having bloods taken for glandular fever tomorrow!!
I love your vlogs so much! you are too lovely Xxx
What about your iron and Vitamin D levels? Are they normal?
