I still have "learning tatting" on my TO DO LIST!!! I've never seen tatting with BEADS!!! Very cool! I'll have to try this! ITS totally GORGEOUS!!! TFS Austin TX USA
I'm still learning on tatting, but I have a suggestion. Can you make a video on larger scale project tatting? For example making laces for clothings, table cloth, etc. Would be interesting to see how we can combine the designs from previous videos. Thankyou!
Larger projects are usually made by joining smaller motifs together, or adding more rows or rounds of tatting. Larger projects are not really my thing, but I have designed a few doilies. There are many tatting patterns online and in books to choose from.
I use a fabric stiffener such as Aleene’s Fabric Stiffener & Draping Liquid. Usually I only paint it on the back side to add a little firmness to tatted earrings, but it can be worked through the fabric as desired for stronger stiffness.
Awesome! 😀❤️❤️❤️ I'm going to try. Tatter (shuttle) for 40 years.

I just recently get into tatting and would like to make tatting designs for cat collars. How do you stiffen your tatted crafts?

@@MarileeRockley I thought I was using the wrong tatting thread, making my tatted bracelet floppy. Thank you so much!
