These happened yesterday and today:
1.) Yesterday, my plumbers from Garland Tx told me that every houses that they visited very recently being sold!
They are very enthusiastic to Universal Studio ( Universal Studio Kids Resorts )!
2.) Frisco is gradually becomes like Bay area and LA!
This morning, I went to McDonald for 2 breakfast biscuits and there is no discount for 2 like Mckinney and Irving! I was very disappointed and complain about no discount! She answers me this - " This is Frisco!".

Thanks for the info . We just bought a brand new construction home in fields. We will be moving to Dallas next year !
OOOOHHH, I would have loved to have helped you. You will be SO happy with your equity. Which builder did you choose? I am thinking of buying as well.
Because I-380 is under construction, the traffic is crazy! ( It is completely different from 10 years ago when I travel from Frisco to Denton.). So, people can not judge current Frisco traffic as "real Frisco traffic" until I-380 finish construction. The construction just force people find alternative routes in Frisco!
The other thing is about Frisco's boom economy even during "COVID-19" crisis! you can see that, even today, many USA cities still can not
recover to 2019 normal!
I totally agree. Right now 380 is a mess. But, the infrastructure they have planned will help out a lot. It will all happen in the next 2 years. We have the world cup coming to Frisco in 2026 and they want everything done by the time it happens.
I know you talk about buying real state in this area and we love Frisco too. We visited the area a couple of years ago. Could you possibly make a video for people who would like to move here and rent first. What are good rental areas etc...
Are you wanting to rent in Frisco? Or just DFW in general?
The only thing is the price of the homes. We are currently looking and we haven’t seen anything under $600k.
