This show was epic! It was Disney’s way of saying, “don’t you worry we didn’t forget where we came from” And they also noted Epcot will be changing but it will be “EPCOT forever” . Makes me feel good knowing they know they won’t change it so much to the point it’s unrecognizable but they want to constantly improve and be that “living blueprint of tomorrow”
I fully admit, the minute Walt’s voice came on, I was choked up and only ended up getting more so over the whole show. Thank you for sharing the Magic when we can’t be there in person. Such a beautifully filmed vlog. 💫💫

Epcot Forever is essentially an allegory in music and pyrotechnics. It's a bridge from what the park was to what's its becoming. I'm hoping it's temporary nature leads to it having special engagements in the future around the anniversary of the Grand opening to continously paying tribute to Epcot's past and especially to its original creator Walt. I'm really interested in what if anything Epcot will do with this around the Holidays and New Year's during this temporary show. They have a pretty neat palatte to work with if they choose

I love the Walt clips in the new fireworks show. I love how much of Walt is around Disneyland, and that seems to be missing at world, so I am glad they brought him into this.

LOL that firework going off 2 feet in front of you reminded me of the fireworks that go off after the Star Wars show at Hollywood Studios. Gets me every time I happen to be walking behind the stage.

Your summary of Epcot Forever captures my feelings exactly! It's an excellent and fun show, really well done, but didn't carry the same strong feelings as the 20 year classic Illuminations. I still miss the fountain/island that was in the Polynesian. It made you feel like you were in Hawaii with all that vegetation. I wish they would have kept it.
David looks better clean shaven. Also I haven't seen any other vlogs or any part of the new fireworks show at EPCOT. (I fast forwarded last the show even on this one that way next time I go I can see it for myself in person.) Hope your mom is having a so fearful time on her vacation. Hi Michael, sometimes when you’re showing “us” something in your vlogs, in your excitement you barely show us the object lol. You keep moving the camera as you’re pointing and keeping yourself in the frame. It’s ok to just point the camera to the show sometimes. In this instance I’m referring to the Epcot Experience presentation.
I completely agree Monica - This is good advice for Michael to make his videos even better! I would suggest even everywhere you go to make your camera a little steadier and leave it on a shot for a few more seconds so we can enjoy it completely along with you :)

You can go to so many other channels to watch a full attraction with no interruptions but the charm of your channel is seeing the wonder on your face and experiencing Disney through your eyes. Alison I’m referring to times he may point out something (as in the presentation) or a character out to us but in his excitement the camera moves so fast that we don’t get to see it/see it well. I love Michael’s bubbly enthusiasm! I just want us to see everything he’s pointing out.

Hey Michael I was wondering if you could possibly stop by fort wilderness and see the horses and what construction is going on over there? I recently adopted a horse from the tri circle d ranch at fort wilderness resort in Disney and they said they would be under construction right about now for a new hotel and farm for Disney. I am like your mom about roller coasters. First question, does it go upside down. Second question how high is the drop. I really will only consider riding Disney coasters, personally. I loved Epcot Forever. The throwbacks to past Epcot attractions was so nice and adding Walt's voice, awesome. I was a teenager when EPCOT Center first opened and I have vivid memories of all those classics. Magic Journeys, Tomorrow's Child, Energy and Horizons. Ah if only for a time machine. :)
Do you know how long Epcot Forever will be showing? Didn’t realize it was temporary. We are scheduled to be there in December. Just love the vlog especially with mom.
Do not forget to ask About the "Secret Menu" at the kiosks you just half to ask cast members. I went there where the donut box was and there was a cookie that said annual passholder and it had figment with the magnet design
