It most likely wont be coming back, it wasn't an official Sanrio game, and because of that it got shut down. Though, if the company of Tomotoru and Sanrio team up, to make the game official it might come back. But that will most likely not happen.

Because of an unfixable bug the loading screen does not work (I think) cyberstep had no choice but to shut down the game

Sadly, this game wont be coming back. It was removed because it wasn't an official Sanrio game.
It also got a big bug that caused to not load and eventually got removed, e cause of how bad it was.
