Impressive kit. I do think though, we have to change the ‘manicure’ mindset. All this trimming of verges in summer is environmentally silly. Sow some wild flower mixes & let the pollinators flourish. 👍
Going nicely: no stones, dry short grass ( no rain and long tangled stuff) no Tyres or exhausts or CarBumpers. Not cultivating the ground. Where in UK can I find a Council /Government dept to fund me and smooth clean verges like that? Have to ask, is it really necessary? - grass / flower seeds not being collected. ..... and then along comes a SECOND outfit ! any room for some competition with my Unimogs already fit for purpose LH /RH drive on the job.
I saw this machine back in the 80’s, a small holding farmer made it and cut verges in Buckinghamshire
