I think you covered the "best of the worst" here. I recall back when Official Xbox Magazine (OXM) first published, Pulse Racer and Stake: Fortune Fighters were the only two to get a score of 1.0 out of 10. Nothing else came close at the time of that issue's release - around the time Ninja Gaiden released in '04. For Drake, I remember OXM also covered that one - they were the only ones I remember covering it. One of the big points they covered was "each of the controller trigger fires the gun associated with that hand." Really? That's a selling point?
Totally irrelevant but they need to do a power stone collection remaster. I don’t need a remake because it’s fine as is just needs an HD update and re-release for around 29.99
There was also Robocop for the Xbox--Made by the same developer who did Superman on 64, and it's MUCH WORSE THAN THAT game. Fact. Right after that, the developer went belly-up. Let's NOT talk about that travesty called The Guy Game.
Worst xbox game. The Guy Game. Bought it for a party, and 1 round in the cringe was too much. Not to mention one of the girls turned out to be underage, which made you legally in posession of ... stuff.
A few additional pieces of data: Pulse Racer: John you did not mention the idea behind Pulse Racer. Your car is tied to your heart rate and when it gets too high, you are forced to stop until it drops. Does this make the game better….nope but the animation is worth a great laugh. Drake: Yes it is a terrible game but worth calling out that it was forced out unfinished.
Everyone loves to shit on Kabuki Warriors but a friend and I spent lots of hours in it once we understood the mechanics fully. We really didn't understand why everyone hates it and assumed it came down to popular opinion and most people haven't actually played it. Of course we played each other too and didn't spend much time against the AI.
The last two games with their good art design but awful gameplay shows that all those working in a common need to be competent because those bad at their work end wasting the efforts of those who are good at it.
So I didn't invest in an Xbox (I chose the Gamecube initially between the three and then much later a PS2) but I did pay plenty of attention to it and the one game that was surprisingly poor, based on the games that it was attempting to emulate, was Blinx. How the game could be so slow and with that poor of play mechanics given the 3D mascot-platformer and how to make them had become so well established was hard to believe, especially since the Xbox had the most horsepower of the three consoles at that time. No excuse for it to be that bad or for it to be released in that condition.
I have seen some pretty bad OG Xbox Games in my time. All if not maybe 1 or 2 I bought literally from the most random place to ever buy video games : Kohl’s Kids Toy Section (Early to Mid 2000’s). I did find a couple of gems from time to time like Grabbed By The Ghoulies or Psychonauts. But yeah if I had to put my finger on it these were the absolute worst games I ever played. 1. Gravity Games Bike: Street, Vert, And Dirt 2. Nickelodeon Party Blast 3. Drake of the 99 Dragons 4. Sneakers (Toys R Us Exclusive) 5. Aquaman: Battle for Atlantis 6. Kabuki Warriors 7. Okay. There was a game for the original xbox that I can't remember the name of for the life of me. I think “boring” is the worst offense a game can commit. There’s something especially janky about poorly made games from this era. I feel like bad NES games, for example, were more common and acceptable as playable games. The birth of the 3D era was an awkward birth to say the least

This is great, thanks 👍
I liked Aquaman. But I did get it for around $8 new. It was right by the checkout lane, so an impulse buy. Like a Zagnut bar. I got what I paid for.
Still, it could have been amazing and it's not.
I think “boring” is the worst offense a game can commit. There’s something especially janky about poorly made games from this era. I feel like bad NES games, for example, were more common and acceptable as playable games. The birth of the 3D era was an awkward birth to say the least
