What I used to make the Pngtuber in order:
• Do ink Animation for the iPad
It’s a good app for animation and drawing, I use it to draw all the time, but unfortunately It’s not a free app.
• GarageBand
It’s a very good app to use, it came with the apps on my iPad so I just prefer to use that to make my music.
