This is great. You’ve covered some key topics here! My three year old daughter attends a Montessori school and loves it (and I love it). I also have friends who love the Steiner method, which is very different, especially for young kids. I’d love to hear some opinions on one vs the other from a child development perspective.
Her way of thinking reminds me of Jean Piaget's theory about learning and play. He is also from her era. Which means that this way of thinking was gaining popularity in those days. (I learned about Jean Piaget's ideas from Jordan Peterson lectures on UA-cam 👍).
This was very interesting. I have to say I was surprised by Dr. Montessori's low voice. It made the interview seem as though the interviewer was slightly changing his voice to be hers. Still, the interview was very informative.
So insightful- thank you 🙂
Very compelling. thank you. I love the format.
Thank you for this wonderful podcast!

Of course he was doing this. He even told us that's what he would be doing. How else could he do it when we don't actually have her voice?
Was nice if the reporter use correct her name ..[MONTESORI] she deserves good pronunciation, special that she was the 1st woman pedagogical
