hey guys, heres a few tips I came across to excel and win more gunfights in Vigor, the looter shooter from Bohemia games.

The sound IS confusing. If I took one step, I can hear my footstep a little late and come from the right of me. It's nerve wracking.
the sounds has had some issues in the past as each update comes through, they fix it eventually
Man every lobby I get into only use Thompsons and pigeons and it’s really great when you master a “shitty” weapon that everyone uses also
Yeah dude, don't need sweaty weapons to clear a lobby
Meanwhile my pacifist ass waving at unarmed players and they charge at me with their fists while I'm armed with a Thompson: 'I showed you kindness, and you spat in my face'
Yeah man, welcome to vigor, you'll get a few nice ones but most people just shoot, I've been betrayed too many times to give chances
One time I waved at a guy because I thought he didn’t have a weapon. Then he head shotted me in one shot with a pistol.

Another tip. Don't go in with a weapon if you can't craft it. Same goes for ammo. Just don't do it. If you can craft a weapon and its ammo big whoop if you lose it as long as you have the resources to craft another.
common weapons are a great way to grind, the ES16 and the AKm can slay any OP weapon, most people who run a SG1or HBAR are over confident and will make mistakes in a gun fght

Here is another tip for fighting in vigor
Lure an opponent to a building
Make sure you have a shotgun
Stand on the side which the door goes on
When they get inside close the door
Shoot them
Jump around them while they try to shoot you

Came to this game from Pubg. Level 11. Been using a Thompson. Aint been killed yet. First time i played shootout i won it. Fun little game. Thanks for the tips.

Paul J. Lambert If you select a specific map it sometimes takes a min or two to start. If you do a quick play though I always instantly find one.

Bullocks when this vid was uploaded Suomi had no recoil was so easy to win gunfights
They nerfed it before this was released dude, 0.8 was when the Suomi reigned supreme, at the release of this the Suomi was nerfed, was still good but not what it was, like the Izh

What is frustrating is that I killed by a guy that waits for me a the exit points to every time I’m loaded or I get killed by my teammate thinking he could loot my body
It sucks man, but you just gotta watch where you die from and looks for em, some exits you just don't go to, for safety reasons

From what ive used purple and blue burst weapons ive had a most success with. Ive literally ran in houses (with people i heard) and walked up the stairs putting one burst in their chest each they die instantly. Super easy and accurate also hit dudes in the head as well
normally you hit the chest and the recoil does the rest man, i used to love the blue guns, most guns are viabl, some just take skill
This game is a shooting survival game, where you can find materials to upgrade your house and find new weapons. There is a battle pass with loads of cosmetics and it is very fun to play. It is available on all platforms, it's free to play and I highly recommend it.
It is an amazing game, it has its quirks but it's still fun

Yeah bc I smoked mad people in a straight up gun fight they had snipers and I smoked them far away from with soumi I've gotten I belive ten heads hots from far out with single shots ads
Single shot is highly underrated man
Nah nah nah you should be moving in a circle the entire game not just in gun fight
Gonna have to try this the next time I play more. I was getting smashed
And you will until you get a bit of game sense lol it's a hard best to tame

You can go into first person fire and you'll shoot exactly where you're aiming

Trust your cover idk how many bushes and grass ive just sat in and been 2 feet from multiple people fighting each other and then 1 shot to the head and all the loots yours people will walk right up and sit on you and never know your there trust you cover

Yeah man, there's lots of different ways to do it, don't know how it applies today but way back in vigor single fire was the go
Good advice l.. not bad.... BUT.
PRO TIP NUMBER 1.
Find your settings first. Your aim didn't match up with your style of game play firstly. Second if your a person the like fighting from a far keep your snipers on stock. If you need guns practice with a cheap 1 get good with it and stock up on your favorite rifle. Looting sucks the more you build your shelter. If your going to fight at a close always always keep a cover point and a moving point. There are am extream amount of greedy OUTLANDERS and they do use aimbot cheats and modified CONTROLERS I only know this because people have told me about friends of friends that use shit to glitch the controller outlander running speed and other things about the game.
honstly if you use that shit in Vigor you've got serious issues, this is not a game where you need to cheat to win, i used to clear lobbies with pm raks and stupid shit, this game is not hard enough for you to cheat lol
No shit. Most of the people in top 10 for kills are cheating or somehow modified the outlander they use to play with theyost too fast and my person only runs at a speed of 5 mph it's bs
do you not Aim down sights, shoulder switch or aim prone?!
I shoulder switch when needed dude, I don't ads at all, and I prone when sniping or sometimes shooting auto weapons
No ADS? Even with a sniper?

I got 6000 kills I SUCKED at the game. Now when I feel like it I can crush maps no problem but I feel no need to be a sweat
kills isnt the most important stat of the game but thats impressive dude
So you can't aim down the sight? or you just don't like to? looks weird
You can clicking your right stick in, it's better now but third is the preferred way
Aim click the right clicker then every time you aim it will be looking down the barrel.
Not as accurate as third person though, imo

This game is really annoying. I hit some guy 3 times in the head with the m1 grand I think it’s called, and they 4 tapped me in the body with the pistol
it takes a whiel to get used to man but once you do, you get hooked
Skewy yeah but I wish I knew how much damage I did or how much health they had left because it seems like I’ve done nothing
@@MajinJustin872 which gun were you using, you can shoot the screcrows to see how many shots it takes to kill, but the scarecrows are glitched a little atm so add one or two shots

@@MajinJustin872 you're always gonna get out gunned with pistols and shot guns with that load out, use your position and move around them to catch them off guard, if you full run at people zig zagging it'll be hard for them to hit you and shot gun them up close, use houses and rocks, move around them to cut off Thier shots and hit them when they get close
i tried , i just cant with this game
its a bit rough at times man, alot of campers and dupers

there used to be gun fights, now its portables and bushes
What do you mean by rotate? Do you mean turn around?
Rotating is attracting the enemy towards your position and then moving around to flank him from the side or behind, think of it as a massive circle around your target

@@wharfdwarf1843 most do but you can lose people and knowing where they are you them not knowing where you are is an easy kill with a bit of prep, its all in experience man
@@wharfdwarf1843 also the reason you want to do this is so that you cover your blind spots.
Instead of moving in a straight line where you could be shot from out of your view, move in more of a curve to cover more ground. In gunfights it helps keep you from being shot in the back or side
This game is a tactical survival shooter and im in love lol
Real quick there not called clips there called a magazine a clip would be what is in the old enfields and m1 garands
