Hello ma'am! Is ATU Donegal i.e. Letterkenny Institute of Technology good?? It's the only university that fits my preferences like the affordability low rent course and 15% scholarship for the tuition! What i also like about it is the course that i want to pursue is a bachelors in science (honours) course in computer science and it's only for 3 years unlike the other honourary courses which take 4 years! What do you think about this?? Please share your opinion it means alot to me! 😊
Hi. LIT is good and it can be a good choice but graduates with no experience are finding it very difficult to get a job but we are talking about things after 3 years and a lot can change positive or negative in that period. If I was you I would not go abroad to do Bachelors as things are quite risky at present because of immigration influx in all developing countries. Suggestion would be to study in India and work for 2-3 years before moving abroad.
If you want to go abroad for bachelors then maybe go to Germany. Cost will be less plus they will teach you German language as well. So by the time you will graduate you will have good proficiency in German and you will not be paying too much.

I still can't understand the process for doing bachelor's in Germany like the studienkolleg and the tests. I have no one to guilde me and all the councellors don't help out with germany as they don't get any commission. @@X.Loki.X Yes. Navigating study options in Germany for bachelor’s can be tough and yes you will have to learn German before you apply. I guess you need to attain B1 level before you can apply. See my advise to you would be to shortlist the universities which offers the course of your choice.
Check their eligibility for admission which is usually very clearly mentioned. Work towards meeting those eligibility criteria and then apply for those universities. If you narrow down your options and focus on it then things become a lot simpler. If you will keep on dwindling between different options then you will be confused.
It is sad but true that if something is cheap then it is hard to get and if something is costly then obviously it will be slightly easier to get.
You can take German classes and pass the tests. Once you attain the certification then you can apply directly with universities without any help from agent. Later on you can take help for visa process.

Please look for a course in NUI, NCI, DCU , University of Limerick if you are looking for cheaper options but please don’t go for Griffith as it might turn out to be a total waste pf resources and your valuable time.

Hi. Griffith is a private college and it does not have good rankings but getting a job depends on your skill sets. If you have relevant skills for the job you are applying for then degree does not matter that much.
What about other indian UA-camrs ? They are saying that these people are racist mostly on South african and asisans ? What about all the videos on internet .. articles ? And protests ???
This entire protest situation began because of undocumented immigrants. Lot of africans and asians(mostly middle-eastern) are coming here via donkey route. This all increased when UK decided to deport them and a lot of those immigrants came to Ireland.
Now as a result many irish people are against immigrants of all types but most people are fine with legal immigrants and students. So I personally did not experience any case of racism yet. I have many Irish friends and they are all so good.
Advice would be to stay in areas where most of the expats live. We will come up with videos on areas to live and avoid and that should help.

Hi. Great question first of all. I came in 2017 straight after graduation from Delhi University. I had no work experience when I came here. Its good that you are planning to come here after some experience as it will help you a lot in securing a role. 2+ years of experience in a good job can really make your employment process a lot smoother.
Ireland people is very nice freindly but one thing is house no have for rent also housing problem in ireland
There are houses but not enough in numbers. Hopefully government will build enough housing in coming years.

Thank you for your lovely words. Ireland is absolutely safe and it is amazing place to live with your family and grow your career. There have been few instances where people have come out and talked about immigrants but that is majorly geared towards illegal immigrants. Irish people in general don’t have any issues with expats as long as they are obeying the laws and not bothering anyone. There are few areas in Dublin which is risky but you need to think that it is the case everywhere including India where are from.

After graduation if you secure a job then you can apply for critical skills or general work permit. If your job falls under critical skills job list then after two years you can apply for Stamp 4 which allows you to stay in Ireland for indefinite period and work without any restrictions.
Only challenge that you might face is from next year salary requirement for critical skills visa will be increased to €44000/year which is difficult to get in a graduate role.
I have lived in Dublin for around 9 years and did all my education there. Now I plan to buy some running business or some running centra/superwalu etc preferably in Dublin 1 or 2. SO ANY ADVISE WHICH FRANCHISE OR RUNNING BUSINESS GIVE MAX PROFIT IN DUBLIN ?

Hi. There are lot of europeans and Irish in this field. It is not a good field to study. Please google Critical Skills employment list in Ireland and try to study something which falls under those criteria.
Is there is any opportunity to getting a job after pursuing msc accounting and finance in griffith college Dublin
there are chances but graduate roles are limited in numbers and there is a tough competition from local Irish graduates for those roles. There is a 50-50 chance of getting a job. If your daughter keeps on applying and has good communication skills then she will find her way. Persistence and creativity is key. I will not recommend Griffith because students in that university are not that good. So she will be sharing class with not so bright students. UCD and TCD are recommended because students in those universities are usually the best.

Yes 100% agree. Therefore there should be measures in place. And those measures can be brought in my government right? They are the ones who need to limit the visas to a certain number. They are the ones who need to bring policies for illegal immigration. If someone has an option to move somewhere through legal means.. how would you stop that? And this is not just applicable to Ireland. It is applicable to almost every nation.

I used to know one person who studied masters in public health and she was able to find a job after 6-8 months of finishing her course. I am not sure about health psychology and the scope of it in Ireland. Advice would be to connect with alumni of that course and get a better picture from them.

Hi. Its a good area of study. Your major competition is going to be with Indians only as more than 70% of your batch will be Indians. Finding a job in this field can be time consuming but you will find you way. Just remember it is not always technical skills which lands you into a job. A lot depends on your personality and communication skills.

I personally interacted with Irish people on twitter (X), who are against immigrants and their tone is very dark and its pure hate not even dislike. "Go back to your country"
I told them "its irish government who is allowing me to come after scrutinizing my background + I have invested huge chunk of money and time , if you have problem you need to divert this hate to your government and not us , we are innocent.

I do get your concern and yes part of what you are saying is true. In recent days there have been few organisations who are against immigration but their requests are not legally or practically possible. Some leaders are inciting citizens against immigration and that is spreading hatred.
Saying that, Ireland is still a safe country to live in. As an expat advise would be to stay away from certain areas within Dublin. Live in the areas which are nice and expat friendly to avoid any issues.

Hi. Yes there has been a lot of construction but unfortunately civil engineers do not fall under critical skills occupation list. So getting a job with work permit becomes challenging. Maybe you can connect with some people who have been successful in that field and get their perspective.

hello dear please help me out.I want to do masters in IRELAND.but after completing my studies I can only get max 33000€ as I contacted alumni there bcz iam a tecaher here and only phd tecahers comes ynder critical list so Is it worth spending money on this degree as I wont get criticak work permit and I heard getting general work permit is very difficult.
I don’t think it would be a wise move. There is no scarcity of teachers in Ireland. Maybe middle-east can be a better option as pay is better and they provide decent facilities.

Hi. Managing bachelors fees by doing part time job is not possible and doing bachelors is not cheap either. Good universities include- TCD, UCD, NUI Galway, UCC, UL etc.

@@madhurmaggu5774 I can’t comment on that to be honest. I am not a huge fan of compromising with your studies by exhausting yourself doing part time job because you will be working like 8-9 hours every day which is just too much as a student.

Hi. There are jobs in market for HR but competition is tough because a lot of Irish and Europeans do study these areas and they are the first preference when it comes to employment. I wouldn’t advise to take that course. Maybe do M.Sc management and keep your options open for all kind of roles like HR, Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Audit etc.

I am not sure if just studying here would help you get a good job back in India. Irish universities are not well known in India so you might struggle to find a good job if you don’t go back with work experience.

part time karke paise jodna thoda mushkil hai kyunki expenses bohot zyada ho jaega. Accommodation aapko 400-500€/month padegi minimum, groceries aur travel mila ke 250€/month.
aur baaki expenses aap €100/month rkh lo. maximum amount jo aap legally kama skte ho is €1000-€1100/month. Isliye paise save krna part time me bohot mushkil hai.
If a software engineer gets a job with salary less than reuirement for critical skill work permit. Then what will the status of his visa?
In this case you will get a general work permit.

If someone loses a job after working for 2 year on general/critical work permit, then how much time he have to find a new job?
If he finds a new job then time for what will be duration calculation for stamp 4? Does old job time gets counted?
@@4444Satya-c3l Hi. You will get 6 months to find a new job. In case of critical skills you only need to be on critical skills for 21 months to be eligible for Stamp4 and yes old employment period is calculated for Stamp4.

Hi. I don’t think there are any universities with zero tuition fees. You might be lucky to get 100% scholarship but it is very hard to get one.
No houses for local people there ...ireland is full and their economy is strong as they get billion of funds from EU..no need of students as such. Plus lot of hate is there towards asians all are seen as illegals there. I have experienced it already. Dubai is better million times.
I am so sorry for your experience. I agree there are some issues but personally I have never experienced any hate. I have always gotten love and respect and felt wanted. Recently people here (very small portion though) have lost context about illegals and legals and thats the main issue but the majority of Irish people are not like that. I wish you great luck in Dubai. I do like Dubai as well👍

Its a niche but good area of study. A lot will depend on your previous background as well. Agriculture is a booming area in Ireland as it is the largest dairy and meat exporter.

In this case I would suggest you to look into M.Sc in Management instead of MIM. MIM is a bit specialised course and it advised that you should do it after gaining some work experience. M.Sc Management is a very good course (I did the same from UCD) and job prospects are good as you can apply for a variety of roles as you are not restricted to a certain domain.

No housing and it over priced. It not safe either.
Housing is there but not as much as we would like and yes it is expensive. Safety falls on how do you take care of yourself too. We did not have any safety concerns yet.
Ireland is full , we have no accomadation , for our own . not the World
Yes agree. But the students from all over the world bring a lot of wealth into the country. They enhance the economy and they increase the skill pool of a nation. So this video is to showcase Ireland in a good light amidst all the negativity around it🤍

Please pull up the stats as you definitely have access to internet and just check how much boost is given by students to the Irish economy. If not for the worldwide students, the top universities would be empty as its only the worldwide student pool that pumps in a minimum of 20000 euros for a course. If it wasnt the case why has Ireland not stopped giving student visas. I understand your frustration but with that logic no Irish should also ever go out to US, UK, Australia to live.. which is not the case right? There are thousands of Irish everywhere so why is it that you don’t want students from elsewhere? No one is taking away anyone’s culture.

With all due respect, we are coming as a student and if we secure jobs it falls under highly skilled areas of IT. Irish people don’t even study computer science. Most of us bring wealth into this nation and because of that wealth Ireland gets richer. Also rather than shouting here you can shout in front of your government to stop giving out visas. But you won’t right?
I do understand you guys are only 4 million people and housing is limited but we are not taking your houses. We are paying high rents which Irish landlords charge us. So practically we are only helping Irish economy and community here. Exactly the same what and how other Irish expats also live anywhere else. Millions or Billions doest not matter. An EXPAT is an EXPAT.
Also, one more thing that I forgot to add to my reply and I think you guys should be aware of - All the IRISH universities and government agencies go into India and other countries in Education Fairs and advertise heavily to get students into this county. Personally I did not even know of Ireland when I came here. I was in an education fair when I got to know about it from the ambassadors of UCD themselves and they are the ones who pursued me and many many others to come to Ireland. So your hate towards innocent students coming here is so NOT justified. Please learn more about how things work. Universities advertise heavily into bringing international students as they pay a minimum of 20000 euros for a 1 year course along with other payments they make for rent and groceries etc.
I am an Indian Student in Ireland, I have enterd the country legally and have paid 19,000 EUR for my tution fee where as an Irish citizen would have to pay 3000 EUR, I am helping this country and it's economics, I am paying taxes and high rent to Irish landlords! Why do you treat us the same as the illegal Immigrants and Asylum seakers? is that not just Racism?
