Did I run my fastest Warwick parkrun? - chasing pbs

For the last 3 weeks we’ve been revisiting some local parkruns with the aim of beating our course pbs. The first 2 have been pretty close but not quite quick enough to be a pb but today we venture to Warwick Racecourse parkrun to see if we can beat our best times. There’s an update on training since The Bridge Ultra and an announcement of a race coming up next week.
