Excellent video ! So glad you did this video on Utah fishing. I watch bass fishing videos, but they all seem to be in the midwest, so I am glad you are doing Utah. Now I just need to be a better fisherman, as I don't seem to be very good at it, even in a kayak. You should do more videos!

Great vid, I have a lot to learn concerning bass fishing in Utah. My goal is to learn how to predict and catch the white bass in Utah Lake. I look forward to more videos about tackle and technique. Thank you for the intel.

Thanks! The white bass fishing at Utah Lake is starting to turn on. Target any inlet coming into Utah lake with a small white or yellow curly tailed jig and you'll catch them.

I wish they did more for both the largemouth and smallmouth bass populations.

What type of lures would you recommend for Large mouth at Mud Lake?

Texas Rig black and blue creature baits for pitching and flipping. I'd also throw a chatterbait and spinnerbait to try and get those more active fish to bite.

@@tiltfishing27 Is Utah Lake still fishing as "good" as it did in the late 2000s and early 2010s? I know a bunch of people who pulled some tanks out of there a few years back, I was there a week and a half ago, fished Lindon harbor and Provo harbor briefly then went over into Mud Lake, and didn't get bit at all. I fished the south side of Mud Lake, but didn't go all the back in by where Mill Race spills into the lake. Water temp was 65-67 across the whole lake. Albeit, I can count the number of times I've gone after Largemouth on Utah Lake on one hand, but man that lake has kicked me in the nuts the handful of times I've been there.
