Excellent vid. From explaining a taught formula and the positive practical points of it to understanding that other methods may work better for someone else and the wise advice about making sure to make whatever way chosen works 110 percent is golden.
Hi Nick. I appreciate your vids. What about "never throw a punch in a street fight. Always use palm strikes/hammer fists so you don't break your hands"? I still think this is a good rule when going to the head/face. Throat and lower, not so much. What do you say?
Dear Nick I saw how you made a video on how to protect yourself from an 6 foot 7 inch tall attacker but please give your best advice on how to protect yourself from an attacker over 7 feet tall or even bigger thank you Nick
@@NickDrossosIt’s not as safe on the shoulder, for people that don’t consistently train and stretch. I’ve never had a problem personally but I’ve heard about guys getting shoulder injuries. The lesson is of course, always stretch, but when teaching “for the streets” you have to consider that stretching properly isn’t going to always happen.

Create space with footwork and teeps, then draw your pistol. You have no business fighting a giant, lol. Weight classes exist for a reason.
In street fight people pushed me my whole shoulder tear, he was a 100 kg weight and I was 65 kg, how to protect
Bruce Lee and contemporary Teri Tom said to land with the bottom three knuckles?
Turning your first is risky,
Why is that?
