SOCIETYDWELLIN GIFD yes, King has never faked his way through it. Why do you think he didn’t tour for several years after his heart bypass surgery? His voice was too weak and it took him a lot of practice to get his voice back in shape. You must not be very familiar with his career or his music.
Awesome ! Kings theatrical style is an acquired taste for many but I've always loved both his mercyful fate and solo material and judging by this performance he's sounding better than ever !
@@shreddingface Mike Weed & Matt Thompson are both great. But I prefer Michael Dennwr on guitar as I think he complement King's music better, and fit better with Andy's guitar style as well. And Mikkey is just THE drummer for King Diamond, so that's my reasoning 🤗
@@Sunedosa No that has nothing to do with it. By that logic I'd also want Timi Hansen back in the band. But Michael Denner's style fitted well into the band, and his solos are some of the most memorable I think -the Abigail album is proof of that. But Oete Blak was a great replacement though 😉

King is now 61 years old and post quadruple heart bypass surgery that was done in Texas I believe. He claims to feel 30 years younger post surgery. He claims to have ditched the smokes and eats far healthier now. It is kinda cool King has been living in Texas for a couple decades now. He has an amazing house there.
I wouldbt blame people if they didnt buy this dvd considering you can watch the whole damn thing on youtube. Bad decision guys......they shouldve just done a 30 second teaser and leave it at that.
Every damn album is available on UA-cam or can be downloaded pirated. That doesn't stop people from supporting the bands they love. I can't thank Metal Blade enough for uploading these clips esp. for those who would have to pay heavy shipping charges to buy their DVD

Already pre-ordered this DVD and the vinyl. Saw them in concert in PA, 2014. Fantastic performance.
I went with Bluray. Saw them 2013 and 2014, but unfortunately I had to pass Abigail in Concert 2016.
