Next time you're in Bydgoszcz ask someone who lives there to show you the city. There are really great and original museums (like Museum of Soap and History of dirt, Mennica and Gallery of Modern Art on Mille Island, Exploseum) and places with great food (ice cream parlour Prima, pączki shop on Pomorska Street, Osowa Gora Brewery with great locally manufactured beers and restaurants with polish taditional food like e.g. Karczma Rzym). There's the biggest city park in Poland called Myślęcinek. And many really good escape rooms which are known all around Poland.
It’s a fair comment, sadly I was there when everything was still closed due to Covid, so for sure I wasn’t able to visit the museums...and google is often not your friend in Poland when you are trying to find the key sites to visit, thank you for your comment!
I agree - I wouldn't want to see this City after this movie and it is REALLY worth exploring! It has a loot of history and really awesome places to see...
not very informational video about Bydgoszcz... I absolutely loved this city - the fountain in the park called Potop has huge historical meaning that was not mentioned at all... This movie would not make me want to visit this city at all and I had an absolutely the best time there so I'm happy I didn't watch it before
I agree actually…this video is one of my earlier ones based on a not too great trip to Bydgoszcz taken during the pandemic when there was very little to do in this city, it’s on a list of places I want to revisit properly one day, though being honest of all the cities I’ve visited in Poland this city ranks pretty low in terms of an enjoyable experience…though I will give it a second chance with a proper trip in the future
It's cursed, my wife is from there we lived there 5 years, I lived there before for a year, not that I believe in that sort of thing but something is not right, my family are from gdansk, it's different there.
I went there during Covid…so didn’t get to experience it properly but it felt weird to me too…I’m going to double check this city one day and experience it in a more proper way to test my experience 😅
@@britinpoland2392 I'm actually going there next week to get some belongings, one thing about it is the amount of beautiful girls in the summer, I've never seen anything like it. we lived there during covid it was horrendous, no money for being off work. It's damn expensive in Poland as well considering how much normal people earn.
Nie wiedzałem za dużo o bydgoszczy dzk za pomocniczy film
I may return one day…now we are post Corona it may be more fun to visit!

Very good video. With better thumbnails you’d get much more views!
Michele Ponte thank you for the advice! I will look into that 😊
