Scott Hancey - Box Elder County Mental Health

Scott Hancey is the chief of police for Perry City. He has spent a good deal of his career working with individuals struggling from mental health issues and connecting them to appropriate services. Also, his personal experiences have increased his empathy for those that struggle with mental health problems. He offers a unique view of what good mental health is and how to find the courage to rise above those problems.
