I’m in a weight gain journey and my weight been stuck on 55.5KG for two weeks. I thought my scale was broken and I checked with my other scale it still says 55. Yesterday I thought to myself is this an angle number, this morning it drop to 54.9KG and here I am watching this video
It's so hard to accept this message when my life is full of threats. The worst and the best thing that could happen is I end up on the streets. I think that might not be the message for 555 I'm getting, but my mom threatens to do actions that will result in me being on the street, and that scares me. But the other night I had a realization while I was breaking down - that the things I was scared of happening (except for ending up street homeless) are powerless. They have no interest in punishing me. I hold the power. But it's hard to feel safe and remember this when my mom's threats have been happening for so long and she's been escalating how she hurts me....
