They aren't the best tasting ducks out there, but they are edible. We usually will grind them up with other ducks/geese for sausage or you can make a stir fry with them!
They are a blast! Definitely not one of our favorite eaters but one of our favorite recipes that hides the flavor is a stir fry. We use it on Brant as well and it is really good!
