- Welcome to Toys For Boys RC. I’ve been building this 1:7 Skyline rc car since August 2022. As of right now with more to go this is video (Part 17). All the videos are about this build and all the things I’ve done. All in the “Skyline build” playlist.

Man that’s the stuff! I’ve doubted myself sooo many times.. thinking an I crazy lol for attempting this. Sometimes I get dizzy just from the mental strain but I believe if I go further than the average person would attempt, I’d be able to open up new doors to discover new ideas for myself or even answer someone else’s questions. Just because we may not attempt something doesn’t mean it hasn’t been thought of yet You know lol?
Technology can’t advance with out somebody taking that first step or taking the rc hobby in that direction. All inventions start with that initial idea first. So thanks for riding shotgun on my Skyline Build series 😆and keep pushing that Blue Lighting speed run TYPHON TLR build I’m following your progress💪

Dam thats awsome great work just finished my 1/7 slash 4x4 build but doesnt look as good as yours. Its amazing what this hobby has become.

… thanks, it’s been a long time build. Don’t know when it’ll be done but I am constantly doing new mods every couple weeks.

Have you raced it yet?
Nope 😆… I have another identical rc that is built to do 100 mph and can survive impacts that this one wouldn’t. Last time I raced it I reached 93mph on the street. I still need lots more runway to let that car do what it can do.

so yes I’ve actually raced the Skyline by now on 6s… it’s the 45 minute special.. currently working on a new video with the MMX8s with some insane drags😎 so another upload coming soon! Also more product reviews and testing for the vid after that as well! So all the action is starting to happen..
