The Chernobyl disaster was absolutely terrible . Reactor 4 exploded after being brand new , due to complications. Chernobyl, Ukraine is still radioactive to this day. You cannot go within 18 miles of the nuclear disaster. Radiation fell onto other areas in Ukraine . They are building a very thick concrete wall to enclose it . People were forced to leave their homes in a hurry . It exploded around 1am. I truly feel horrible this happened . Ukraine vowed to become a nuclear free country.
