I mix windex vinegar (the clear bottle not the blue stuff) along with 91% isopropyl alcohol and use 50/50 in a spray bottle and man it’s great stuff, no residue etc. I use it for cleaning records, vintage toys, bmx bikes, you name it, give it a try 🤘

How often do you lube your chain? Great video!
It depends on how dirty my bike gets. Normally I’ll apply lube if I start to hear the drive train grinding a bit during my ride. So probably every other ride day at the track. Just listen to your drivetrain and it will tell you what you need

I always said that I felt better with a clean bike I use to wax my bike's back in the day
So that’s what I was talking about when I was running the “dry lube” it was a wax lube from Silca. I love it in dry conditions but when the rain hit the chain was getting gritty! Chain wax is awesome if you can keep it dry!
