Had to change things up for these videos due to a lot of staff being isolated. So many games across multiple teams so we’ll change it up every now and then if we need to. The format you guys know will be back soon don’t worry!

Yous got to let Josh express himself and not be put under pressure from the commentary, Keith and Harry have started more than him, but done less. They make far more mistakes than him, yet its "Unlucky Albie" - "That's the Harry we all know and love". But Josh "Oh Josh i dont know if that was the right option". We see your comments about this vid and as ever appreciate them but FYI the women’s game is not the reason we haven’t included pre-match content; this is more due to Covid-19 issues at present. We had a positive case in the media team which meant that LP and Stampy have been isolating, and also meant that kit wasn’t available. We also have been told to work under new restrictions inside changing rooms. So we always try our best but please be understanding when things are different. And if you don’t like women’s football, that’s your right, but let’s please try not to be negative towards them as we are one club here. We will get back to normal as soon as we can - UP THE TAGS - and thank you as ever for your support #️⃣👊

I like your testing new formats for the videos but I prefer where you talk to people before the game, it helps build up to it and shows peoples personalities which is especially good for the womens team as they haven’t been highlighted as much because the team is newer to the channel, but then again thats just my opinion
I agree, I think it would be a shame for Hashtag to lose its sense of community and one of the reasons I love this club is feeling like I know some of the personalities around the locker room. It just adds another dimension of support to see likable players like Osude go on to earn their starts and perform well.
Reece has definitely gone under the radar this season, class player

Clapton FC introduced me to the Essex senior league, a few years ago they were right up the top of the table and have the best fans in the league at the old spotted dog ground once the club is back, I hope hashtag can’t share light on their energetic fans!

Very unlucky for the girls, but we go again! At this point, it is down to decision making. Another great advantage of these recordings is that they will provide a great source for you to review and discuss these problems. The team looks really decent, technically superior to all oppositions we've seen so far, creating so many chances... If you are able to tweak the decision making, you'll be flying next year.
By the way, props to Enfield - number 3 and 11 looked like they could be playing in an even higher level. From the little footage we have, I wonder if 11 wouldn't have a shot in the 2nd tier.
Heartbreakin for the women but have to say Poppy Binding was pulling some strings that game. Shame the finishing wasnt there. Unlucky girls, heads up and focus on the league!

I really like this new video style where you can include the women. They deserve the attention! Maybe, you could do a 'team of the week/month' in the future, where you follow a junior team if possible. Could really get us to know any young stars of the club

always like the vids but i like the stuff before the game! and the team talks so would like to see them
I'm on the fence with this one - a good edit as always, and good content! There's obviously a video length which you guys feel works well (and fits in with the whole UA-cam ads matrix etc) and when you've got two games to fit in, it's tough to find (A) the right balance, & (B) give enough insight to maintain viewers without losing the identity of what Hashtag is - which some viewers won't realise. So on that point I applaud you guys, however I do feel that some of what draws me towards the content in the first place has been lost.
The pre-match banter, the team talks, the reactions in the dressing room etc is what sets you guys apart from others, so personally I think it'd be very risky to lose that BUT, that said, I work in the industry so I know that it's not always possible to capture all of that - especially with Covid restrictions, staffing etc - especially now home games are (for the timebeing) on Twitch.
Compromise? Showing the women games/ reserves is a massive plus to show the Hashtag banner is growing which is great, but putting that into one video and losing the BTS content of the first team as a result is a bit risky, so personally I'd keep that as a seperate stand alone video (BTW, wouldn't mind two first team games with all that included in one video), with a separate (monthly?) series on the girls/ressies progress. With so many people involved (past and present) maybe a more MOTD/ Analytical style approach could work for this, EG a host with two pundits - highlights package, followed by interview and chat about the game?
Whichever direction you follow, I'll stay watching regardless :) Keep up the good work, but please don't lose the BTS footage - this sets you (miles) apart from the rest IMO.

Not sure about this format. I love seeing the Devs chat pre-game, half-time and after the game and how the boys respond to it. Missed all of that this video, plus, separate them and it’s more chance for monetising they channel! Even if the women’s game only gets 10% of the views it’s something that will generate revenue and will grow
Apart from the weak finishing which can definitely improve, the women showed some brilliant skills across the field.

Thanks but we can’t do that. We don’t get enough and after the game people wouldn’t watch. It can’t be how it used to be as people want the highlights out earlier.

Wow I truly have to commend just how much Spencer and Seb have improved on their commentary game. Frankly, I think that the criticism on Osude is just an unbiased and frank. It's not meant to be taken sharply, but that's just the analysis over such a prolific player. Obviously he's improving, but they are simply stating where he's at, and where he should be going. I actually prefer a more unbiased view of the game, as it takes the game from "This is Hashtag UTD- into this is English football" This isn't a bunch of lads all playing against staff teams, but just under entering the professional scene of the English stages
Think I prefer them separate tbh with you guys

Spen needs to stop being so critical of everything Osude does. Every single shot Osude has, spen says “he maybe shouldn’t have shot” then everytime he passes he says “sometimes he needs to shoot”. Spen said “Osude needs to sometimes stop doing what he’s told”, which I find so stupid. Everything he does is wrong to spen

I like the old format with the pregame interviews and team talk better, but more women's games!
Only watched first 10 minutes, I feel a bit robbed we didn't see the ½ time team talk. I know it's a lot of work but I'd subscribe to a hashtag ladies channel and watch two 25-30 minute productions. If it's going to be watered down I'll not watch as avidly. For me, getting the insight from Devs is fascinating and then watching the lads try and implement it. Have to say, the commentary is good and balanced ish. What a 3rd GOAL! brilliant.
I like getting to watch both the womens and mens game in one video but can you keep Devs pre/post match team talk and half time talk. Also when a interesting thing happens in the game (I.e kiers goal) can you do a post match interview with them - if its a standard 1-0 win I dont think a post match interview is needed
The Groundhopper The Women should be separate in my opinion. Glad they have a team, but it is not really a watchable thing at present in comparison to the Men. Fair play to them fir playing the beautiful game though.
