First time I'm hearing this version of this song, the other version sounds much better. I think it was performed by a band named friends and arrainged by Misha Mikhailzadeh, singer is the same.

Yes this version I found after digitizig a collection of tapes I had recently obtained. The other version was issued on an official record. But I decided to upload this one since the other one is more common. And yes your details are correct it was played by Friends band.
