GraceWorship 02 09 2025 Jesus Word Calls Us to Catch People

Welcome to our worship service today. (No in person worship due to snow. Recording made at pastor's home office.) In today’s Gospel reading we have Luke’s account of Jesus calling the first disciples - Peter (and Andrew), James and John. Jesus was teaching the crowds, then asked the fishermen to go out to the deep for a catch of fish. The miraculous catch of fish showed Peter that he was a sinner in the presence of a holy God. Jesus calmed his fear and told him that he would be catching people. May God bless your worship today as Jesus calls you to catch people with His Word.
