@@Prestidigitalic so as long as I use paint straight from the bottle in thin layers, it should be fine. Quick question, is it ok to use lacquer based or is only water-based going to work?
@@abshah8514 yes, it's okay to use lacquer based paint, just thin coats of paint. Don't do wet coats in bare ABS plastic, prime the surface first. It would be best to use airbrush than hand painting. The safest would be water based paints.

Sorry I didn't include it in the video. I printed my own decals in a blank waterslide paper. Any waterslides I bought doesn't fit so I printed my own decal sheet. I printed it in an inkjet printer then let it dry for a couple of hours then top coat with mirror gloss then I have my own custom decal 😁
@Skyblue 184 Thanks! I didnt print the white decals, I bought a warming decal pack. I really wish I could print white ink. I'm still researching about this.

This is the best youtube artifact Hi-V paint ever but so sad that not covered the masking progress recording.

I heard these are made of ABS plastic, does painting make them brittle?
If you put too much thinner or put too much panel liner. It will make the ABS plastic brittle.
