I Love Bill and Traci Rabbit's art...and the food at Chimera is amazing! As a visitor from San Francisco, I was directed there by Tulsa FMAC -- now it is my go-to bkfst-lunch place when I visit Tulsa. Beautiful, warm atmosphere along with the delicious, healthy, made-with-love food!

Because there aren't many. "Freedmen" don't count, their blood quantum is 0/0.

Most of the Easter Native Population had European Contact going back thousands of years as we now know, it has been discovered that the very same Housing, Clothing, Tools, Arrows & Bows, Hunting techniques, Family Clan Structures, etc... came from an Ancient Tribe that Flourished on the Western Banks of Finland and other Scandinavian Areas, even into Scotland & Ireland this tribe was and still is called: "The Samii".(pronounced: Sah-mee)...this is why Some Natives in the East look more European than others within the Tribes that have had an Influx of many of the Hunter-Gatherer's , & Wanderer's from the South west and Western US who derive from a Mongolian- Asian Culture, and from South America and the Oceanic Peoples of the Southwestern Pacific Regions. The Native American as we know them today are yet another of the Ancient Tribes that were present all over the world......

The best things in a Culture are it's People and their Spirit, it isn't that you are part White or part Native, it is that the Old People who were more Native have died and the New Generations are a mix, just like the rest of the world. In your Heart, and Mind your soul even, there is strength in knowing who you really are, I come from 2 Ancient Tribes, Dahlriada, and before that in Scotland know this thru My DNA, and also from The Cherokee, from growing up in My mother's Family too,,,we always knew that we were, but they would not speak of it for fear of Reprisal from the States of Georgia, Tennessee, South Carolina for there were Laws that could be used against you if you performed Ceremonies openly, Spoke the Language, Looked like you were Native, ...you had to dress in long sleeves year round, grow beards, Wear Hats, Stay away from Towns, just because your Family Got to Stay behind at the Time of the Removal,. Not all of mine Stayed behind, but THEY ALL SUFFERED one way or another. I Felt this, I know this, I want to bring US Full-Circle, this is how we all HEAL!

Why because they are mixed? The tribes themselves determine membership, not you. Cope 😁
