Cassandra Cain In Dragon Ball - The Saiyan Saga

- After almost a year of silence I finally got it out. This video had to be re-rendered multiple times- i intended to have it out this past Friday. But I'm not as good at editing as I thought I was.
But without anymore delay, here's part two of Cassandra Cain in Dragon Ball, detailing her journey into the Saiyan Saga!
There's so many things I went through when writing this episode- and a lot I cut out for time purposes. The original draft of this episode could've wound up being an extra twenty minutes long. I hope that this tweaked version is to everyone's liking.

This was such a good scenario, Cassandra just *works* in this world and with how the series is, she hardly feels out of place aside from knowledge she's from DC, she's translated into Dragon Ball seamlessly. Definitely looking forward for what's next!

I wouldn’t mind an entire DBZ-ified Marvel/DC universe. Translating Iron Man, Superman, Batman, Hulk into Dragon Ball.
Imagine hulk using martial arts as a way to find balance and control

I like what occurred here.
Cass struggling with her father's teachings, along with the new ones she obtained from her friends, and ultimately sparing Vegeta due to Goku's words.
Krill Dawg and Tien being able to train with her was cool to hear, and I'm glad you never forgot about Launch like a CERTAIN someone.
With Cass being apart of the surviving characters, I assume she will join the trio of Gohan, Krillin, and Bulma to the initial trip to Namek?
Goku may just go along like in canon, but only time will tell with the next part. Can't wait, man.
Oh man WarpStar, my knowledge of this character is limited to Linkara's Bat Girl Cassandra Cain retrospective. But this does her character justice. Also hey Geeks for Fun, Take some notes, I expect Cassandra Cain to get Ki techniques. Also poor Cassandra, she is really going to have nightmares after all this. But she will get back and get stronger. She has to. Also WarpStar can I make a few suggestions for later arcs? You can rip me off whole sale. Just make it happen!
Make Cassandra have her potential awakened. The first time, is her drinking the Ultra Divine Water when she pays a visit to Korin, the second time is on Namek by Grand Elder Guru and the last time is something special as it is symbolism.
After the Frieza saga Cassandra Cain learns the Kaio-Ken technique from Goku and she shows it to the other Earthling's to help them in the fight. Also maybe when Cassandra is older she can train Videl in everything she knows as a way of her growing beyond her past. Also make Cassandra Cain take the place of Hercule between the events between the Frieza and Cell Saga. Make her be the one who gains the title of world martial arts champion and let the good guys have their privacy.
And maybe the one who has the quietest voice will be the one who speaks the loudest near the end of the journey. As through her actions she ends up also saving the world. During the Buu Saga the third time her potential is awakened by Old Kai is the last time that happens as while she can still grow in power it is symbolism as the real Cassandra is here and is out of the past of the killer her father wanted her to be and to prove it she is the one who convinces the Earth to give Son Goku the energy for the Spirit Bomb against Kid Buu. That would be perfect!
Also in Dragon Ball super maybe Cassandra Cain gets God Ki, and also gets involved in the Tournament of Power and while she cannot transform like Goku or Vegeta she learns Ultra Instinct as the finale to her growth. After Super please make sure Cassandra can carries on the legacy of Goku and the Earthling Z Fighters by uniting the Turtle and Crane Schools of Martial Arts along with learning all the Earthling's Z-Fighter's skills of martial arts. At the finale she ends up with her own martial arts school to pass on the skills of Goku and The Earthling Z Fighters to her students and she trains Pan and Bra at the end of Z all of what she knows as another passing of the torch.
That would be the apex of her character development and it would be awesome! Make her the Muhammad Ali and Bruce Li of the Earthling's Martial Arts world.
Even if it takes 6 to 10 months for a new episode to come out of this series, I'll be right here waiting for it. Cuz this is a very good series

The design of Cassandra is really the perfect blend behind her character. Keeping the green parts and overall style of the crane gi, with the traditional black Bat look.
I never thought of it like that, but I love that interpretation.
This is so freaking good! The attention to detail is amazing! I love how you don't skip over certain parts of Dragon Ball instead you go into detail as to what Cas is doing in between those parts. If I could give a suggestion on another Series, it would so be cool if you were to make a Superman in Dragon Ball series!!!!! The thought of it alone is just amazing!!!!

Your narration was a big step up here, so congrats on that. I also really loved the ending, Goku telling Cassandra to show mercy feels completely natural. He wants to fight Vegeta in the future, but talking her into sparring him is about getting a fight, it's about saving Cassandra's soul.

Yaaaaay, glad to see this back
Really enjoyed this series thus far! How you've brought Cassandra into the Dragon Ball world makes loads of sense, I probably wouldn't have batted an eye if we got a character like her out of the blue in the Piccolo JR Saga(Especially considering Chichi coming out of the blue despite not being relevant since the Red Ribbon Army Saga). Prior to watching a part of me was kinda hoping Cassandra to hook up with Goku, but considering the age difference and how/when she was brought in, it obviously wasn't going to happen. On the side note, had she been the mother of Gohan, that would of certainly make Piccolo Abducting Gohan all the more Dramatic. I Hope she does hook up with someone either way, I've always like the family/generation side of dragon ball, with how we saw Goku grow up, have a family of his own, (Almost) pass the torch onto Gohan, Gohan growing up and having a family of his own as well, along with other Characters like Vegeta and Krillin having Families of their own as well.
At this point I'm Kinda hoping for her to get with Vegeta, considering there isn't any implication she'll get with any of the human characters(No hints with Krillin and Yamcha, and Tien's been shown to not been overall interested in Romance), though issue could be the age difference, but considering the age different between android 18 and Krillin maybe not, but who knows. Eitherway, I could see Cassandra's and Vegeta's relationship at least being interesting, I wonder what he'll think of her backstory considering who he is and how saiyans are trained and sent to destroy worlds from a very young age, but never so much as to neglect to teach them how to talk. Regardless, I hope her spawning him will have some kind of impact on him, especially with how intent she seemed on killing him.
Ultimately I'm very interested to how she'll develop and where the story will go after this, but no rush or pressure of course!
This was such a fun story. What I like about your story, is the same thing that I like about "Geek for Fun" story What if Saiyan were in DC. Your story is something familiar and new all at the same time. Dragon Ball and Cassandra are to two story's I know very well, which is familiar to me. The new, is your take on how things would happen which was very entering. I love the telling of the battle and the changes you made with the Z Warriors vs The Saiyans. And I can wait to see what well happen next.
oh boy the namek saga will be fun, not sure what will happen with the captain ginyu body change, but it could be fun, the question is will cass stay behind with goku, to learn the kaioken in the 2° ship, or will be there at the 1° ship with Krillin, Gohan and Bulma?, because i love it when humans learn the kaioken in what-ifs

After Dragon Ball Super please make sure Cassandra carries on the legacy of Goku and the Earthling Z Fighters by uniting the Turtle and Crane Schools of Martial Arts along with learning all the Earthling's Z-Fighter's skills and techniques of martial arts. At the finale she ends up with her own martial arts school to pass on the skills of Son Goku, the techniques and transformations she has learned and The Earthling Z Fighters to her students and she trains Pan and Bra at the end of Z all of what she knows as a final passing of the torch. That would be the apex of her character development and it would be awesome! Make her the Muhammad Ali of the Earthling's Martial Arts world. Cassandra is now The Greatest Human Martial Artist of All Time.
That should be her legacy.
