The teachings of Rinpoche is not just meant to be understood intellectually. He is channeling in the middle of this teachings of higher wisdom. When his audio is being analysed, there are many 432hz and 528hz peaks, which correspond to healing frequencies to help us enjoy the meditative state, these freq also align with the Om chant. There is no need to comprehend those sound he made, they are the energies to awake our Atman.

I had the great blessing to be in a Medicine Buddha retreat by Lama Zopa Rinpoche. The 2 wks seemed so short and I am still craving for the enlightening teachings by this great Lama, my guru. Om Tare Tutare Soha

If you have problem understanding what venerable Lama is trying to say, try not to listen through your ear and thought. Listen through your heart. Don't struggle within yourself against not able to comprehend the spoken concepts. Let go of your struggling and 'wanting' and just be with the moment, the present moment. Keep your mind clear and open. The conceptual understanding in your thought may not be as important as the realization in your heart. Can't explain too much into this, you only need to experience for yourself.

The Venerable Lama Zopa Rinpoche seems to utilize a kind of Drunk Kung Fu Fighting style against the rational armour of the egoic mind. He dances like a butterfly and stings like a be. A be is a carrier of the honey nectar of beingness.
With an almost ridiculous simplicity and stinging profoundness he manages to effortless land all the punches or should I say punchlines cracking the hard egoshell. He speaks in tongues when you try to understand and he speaks in hearts when you open to the cosmic meaning.

I'm sorry but I do not understand any single word, probably my english is poor or my knowledge of what he's talking about is limited. Is there any transcription of this? Thanks.

I can't understand a word he is saying. Why does FPMT refuse to acknowledge that this man cannot speak English and needs subtitles?

usaginomame1217 I think you lack merit. Need to recite more mantras. Rinpoche has countless recommendations for mantras to recite!

Sit peacefully and listen to the teachings again and again without struggling to understand a word. Just listen while sitting quietly and do not worry. Sooner or later it will come.....Beyond words...beyond concepts.........
