@@TepcoCycleRepair Ok, the Generator is running great! So what did I do, before your reply, I cleaned the carb, checked the fuel filter and replaced the spark plug. No results. After your reply, re-cleaned the carb using your tips. I couldn't get the main jet out but sprayed carb cleaner in all the openings etc. I also cleaned the screen coming out of the muffler. It was really clogged. Put it all together and presto! Thanks for your reply, it was the motivation I needed.
I'aworking on a 2500 also did as u show on the caraburetor. Put back together an the only way to get it to is when i hold my thumb over the intake an it will run take thumb off an it dies. Any help.
I ended up with a tiny spring left over. I think it came out of the metal jet. I didn't take of the plastic jet. Does anyone know where the spring goes???
I love this unit...the thing just stopped starting suddenly I have no spark now

I have the same generator, mine will start but cut off when putting any kind of load on it. I'm suspecting the stepper motor? Thoughts?
Make sure you are getting full fuel to the carb and it's clean. If so, yes check that stepper motor.

Are you trying to run it without the air filter? If so mount it all up and try it again
Run fine just can't kee gas in carb.
Isn't there a screen behind the fuel intake elbow pressed into the Carb body? That needs to be blown out too.

The spring in the linkage you can see at 9:50 and 3:48 ?
Did that wouldn't start.
I would say check your carb again. If all is good give it a compression check and make sure you have good compression.

@@cheez1213 Yes, the coil is to the right of the carb, follow that wire to the spark plug.
