When we first met, he thought it was weird how I ate. I didn't say anything about his diet. When I cooked, he made meat on the grill and would eat whatever I made as the side to his meal. Then, he started tasting what I ate as my entree, and one day he said he would eat the way I ate. Then, of course, he lost weight, his cholesterol went down, and he felt better. No more meds, and he stuck to it. He says I can veganize anything.
Great idea! Brilliant! I think it would. I suggest cooking the noodles for half the time, draining and mixing with the tuna salad, and baking at 350 for 30 minutes covered. If you want to be crazy, you could crumble potato chips on top and cook another 10 minutes uncovered. I might have to try that! Have you tried my cold tuna pasta salad with hearts of palm? www.kathysvegankitchen.com/vegan-tuna-pasta-salad/ It's yummy but cold!

How did you "make your husband go vegan"? I can't get mine to even taste anything vegan. Recipe looks delish.

Would this be good used in tuna and noodle casserole?
