@@Tim-K. well, at the time of my comment we didn't have covid-19, otherwise I think he could've won multiple tours. But you're right, under this special circumstances I would be very difficult.

Barbaro Acosta He’s very good and most likely the best now, but in the Tour of 2018 he couldn’t beat Dumoulin nor Froome, while they already battled for the Giro victory and ended in 2nd and 1st place in the Giro, ergo he and Bernal were lucky that they both crashed and were out for so long.
