🎵 Relive a monumental moment in pipe band drumming history! At the 75th Anniversary of the Glengarry Highland Games in Maxville, Ontario, a record crowd witnessed a stunning performance of Alex Duthart's legendary drum fanfare, "Salute to Max Rayne" also known as the 'Duthart Salute'.
Led by Drew Duthart, lead drummer of the 78th Fraser Highlanders Pipe Band and son of the iconic Alex Duthart, this unforgettable performance brought together an exceptional lineup. Emerging from the enormous group of over 50 bands, this ensemble delivered an extraordinary rendition during the closing ceremonies, inspiring the crowd to rise to their feet in enthusiastic appreciation.
