I've never owned a jordan but I have always been a fan of the four. I went into footlocker today and saw they had them in stock. From the pictures I saw, I didn't really like them as much but on feet, I can say these are one of my new favorite sneakers of all time. 10/10 would recommend

To me it's a classic case of Jack of all trades, Ace of none. Yes it has parts of four iconic Jordan 4's, and yes some of the features that it has are some of the most recognizable features from those shoes, but it's not as good looking as any of those shoes. I would rather have the White Cement, Bred, Military, or Fire's over these, and it's not that close. Having these would just make me want the others more. Like if you have a craving for Pizza, and you eat a Digorno to satisfy that craving. Yeah you got a pizza, but now you really want a slice from your favorite shop. That's what these are the equivalent to.
Ryan Schonewolf I believe you are right and that was the intent from a marketing perspective. If they were to drop the military’s and the fire reds first, then these would definitely sit! It’s a way a squeezing a few extra dollars while they can.
@@jonathanjefferson1099 Exactly, even when you look at the shoe what do you notice it has the least details from? The breds, why they just came out, it just has the tongue from those they didn't want to put a lot of details from that since they just came out. Second least is the cemnts, the third least details I see is fire reds, and most details I see are the militarys. Which tells me the militarys are probably up next, and then the fire reds.

My favorites are the Bred pair, I wanted them '89, but they sold out, and my Parents got me the Cements, which are tied with the Bred, in my book. I tried to get a pair of Breds and Cements, but like back in '89, they were sold out. Maybe, they will release them in a dual pack sometime in the future🤞

Never liked the „what the“ theme, to wacky for me. These are not as crazy as other iterations though so I ain‘t really mad at them. Still a hard pass for me though.
I like the Military Blue. A bunch of classmates had them 6th grade. I begged my parents for what I called blue checkerboard shoes. They were like "What the 4?" I saw these had to have them.

Picked them up today. I was never really a fan of the 4s because I felt they had room for more color variety in each colorway. This fixed all of that for me. Couldn't decide which shoe I like better, and that's fine since it's a mix & match design anyway. Absolutely in love with these! Sure they didn't go crazy enough to be worthy of the name "What The" but instead they should have been called "Top 4" and if you look on the aglets, they have the model numbers from each of the 4 colorways from which it takes its design cues. I agree, I didn't care for them in pictures, but when I saw them in person I was blown away. I just HAD to have them. Great job on these kicks and great review!

AJ4 'Cool Grey' is a favorite to me as it was my first ever AJ4 'self' cop. First sneaker I put my feet in that made me feel very cool. You gotta understand my fave cw is the Bred but for the personal nostalgia the Cool Grey's get my no.1 spot 🇬🇧

I pretty much only wear 3s and 4s so those are 100% fire in my book. Glad people slept on them.
My favorite is easily the fire reds. Why? Because that's the first jordan my mom brought me back in the late eighties😊👍.
Received mines for 1 day now and they are definitely saucy. However mines had a slight defect where the front of the shoe looked wrinkled. I’ll be returning mines but I already have a new pair on the way. Go for it. You won’t regret!
the left shoe is good. The right shoe not as good. Agreed with the comments below--give fire red. Make the shoes better. Focus on construction, like getting them exactly like they were in '89. Inside of the new ones not even close to as comfortable as the ones back in the day.
