    The ecto craw looks like the ecto slime on Ghostbusters and the hand pour reminds me of those rocket popsicles.

    It might help to run the chalk dust through a fine mess strainer or sieve to help from clumping?

    I've often used chalk powder as a colourant in my epoxy resin projects but never considered it could also work with plastisol. Good to know for when i finally invest in lure making gear instead of just watching youtube vids about it.

    Replacing the blue sidewalk chalk color with the green sidewalk chalk color in the swim baits would be an incredible color!

    Those craws are amazing. When you opened them up I thought man I could use a bowl of mint chocolate chip ice cream to watch this with. Great video. Might have to sneak some of the kids chalk now.

    this is the kind of stuff i was talking about... out side the box ! solar baits made a swim bait out of hot glue... have you ever done that ? the swim bait reminded me of the old bomb pops that you used to get off the ice cream truck when we were kids ! nice video Chris !

    I think you should grind the chalk to a finer texture and add it slowly while mixing to get rid of the chalk clumping

    Try baking the chalk after grinding. Should drive out the moisture and reduce clumping.

    Thought, until seeing this video you could only use colours specially made for plastic, well you certainly proved that wrong. Who would have believed it chalk!
    I've been trying to find you Facebook page, and online shop without luck, could you give me the links to them please. Also being in the UK some idea of postal prices, as would love to use some of your baits for sea fishing, bass, Pollack and wrasse. Many thanks 😊

    Coffee grinder would do wonders here. But my god the results are mind blowing. Never would though this would work as the pigment isn’t dense enough. Wow. The hand pours are my favs. Clear winner! Chalk this up as a win Chris 😂

    I have definitely learned a few things from watching your videos. The main thing I've learned which might seem silly is that there are different plastics for different lures. I probably should have known that seeing how swimbaits are puffer then a standard worm.🎣🇺🇸🐟

    Wow!! Beautiful baits! I really loved the green and blue shades the most.
    Have you tried using spices for pigment? Turmeric, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, the dry bullion powders like chicken... bet you could get some nice colors from there. I actually put a bit of turmeric in my rice for a bit of lovely yellow color.

    Really sweet looking Bates never would have thought chuck would work question or more of the comment of suggestion how about triple injecting a swimbait koi your ear always doing me like a trout or bluegill or something but what about a koi fish

    Use "perfect palate flavored powder" to permanently scent and flavor your plastic. Mix in 0.6 grams to 6 oz. of melted plastic.

    Was the lake in California Castaic? Famous trout swimbaits and thats also my home lake. Game & fish plants trout here year around so the Hawgs have something to eat.
