There was a girl in the states, she wayed just 120 ibs, she lifted a ton to free her dad from under a 3 ton truck, considerably more weight then any Olympic event, she got away with just severe tendonitis and bruising, she was a trained athlete, not only did that help her achieve this record lifting feet, but it also helped her survive afterwards, proving you do not know how strong you can be until you have no alternative to be strong
